First time here since rebranding. Place looks great. Service and food was excellent.

Great family-friendly place for breakfast or brunch. Excellent and patient service staff.

Very popular place. It's always very crowded here. Service is good and food is good. You will always have to wait for a table, but I don't mind. Ver carta

The experience was just mediocre. My skillet was overloaded with grease or oil—I actually had to pour some out of the pan. The waitress apologized, but that was the extent of the response.

Quick service, kind and attentive staff, and amazing Cinnamon Roll Pancakes! I also love the fact that they office tater tots as a side, definitely something I haven’t seen at many breakfast restaurants. Planning to come back!

Would have been comfortable if you serve salad in a bowl with dressing on the side. Or salad already tossed with dressing if served on a plate. The waffle fries you see in picture smells like burnt oil. They don't even change oil when it is over used. We also ordered avocado sandwich, scrambled egg, 2 coffees, all items were cold and couldn't enjoy it. We used to live this place but the quality of food and service took a nose dive. Generally have a good experience at “The Jam” however I have noticed a trend toward this restaurant offering a lot of choices but failing on the delivery. For example their menu offers so many choices for breakfast but then fails on the delivery of even the basic items. This day I ordered a simple breakfast of hash browns and eggs. Do not go here they force you to buy big portions of meals. I ordered two kids meals one for my son and one for me they told me that I wasn’t able to order due to me being over the age of 12. Which I don’t understand because you should be able to order and eat whatever you want. Whose to say I didn’t want to waste money on a big order of food to go to waste. Portion size/price wise, their competitor just two doors down ‘might’ be the more practical option for people who like to stick to what they know? However, I truly believe there is something to be said about the ambiance and atmosphere of an establishment itself which, HJ is undoubtedly WAY nicer.
