Always incredible, the Mac cheese is the best on the planet! Beef tartare is excellent, as well. Every dessert on the menu is top notch, but just know that the cookies are HUGE, and 3 come in 1 order. Beautiful indoor space, and absolutely lovely grounds and outdoor seating.

This place was fantastic! When you first walk through the door the smell of bbq hits you. For this reason I had to order the ribs and slaw. Highly recommended! The Brussels sprouts we probably the best I?ve had so far. Cocktails were great too. The staff was friendly too. This place is a must try for sure!

Exceptional service and high quality food prepared perfectly. We ordered several apps the ribs and beignets and loved it all! The ribs were fall off the bone tender, not fatty and seasoned just right. The food here was really lovely and the service even better. We were treated really well by our waitress when we thought our wine might had cork. They have a great kids menu as well which isn't just fries. Definitely recommend you come here if visiting Napa valley. Overall, a welcome place to have a meal with friends. Reservation process was easy and I received a confirmation call the day before; nice touch. Ambiance is open, high ceilings, tables spread apart nicely. Service was friendly and unobtrusive. Food and drinks came out within 5-7 minutes after order placed. Prices are what one would expect for the area, higher end of the middle range or lower of the high range.

The food was good, but pretty pricey. We got the burger with bacon $29) for example and it was a solid burger, but not worth the price since it was not the best burger in the world or anything. The best thing we had was my kid's Mac and cheese, which was absolutely amazing. My husband's chicken was ok again, good, but not for the price. We had bought a bottle beforehand in their tasting room, but couldn't finish the whole bottle so brought it to dinner. We were charged an additional $10 corkage fee for bringing in our two glasses. Farmstead continues to be one of our top restaurants. We like cooking on wood fire. Wood cooking adds a nice smoky taste to the items. It also makes us feel like we are outside camping. Previously, in photos, we had the beignets covered in powdered sugar and wood grilled artichokes. Both are our favorites. Today we started with the wood grilled artichokes (no surprise). One of our other favorites is the cheddar biscuits. These add a nice cheesy (no pun intended) flavor to any entree you get. Wednesday was Lamb day.
