We had an unforgettable experience! Bob and Maryann are the most humble and gracious hosts. The meal was absolutely fantastic. It featured the best tomato soup and penne al vodka we've ever tasted! The pot roast and tuna were also outstanding. It truly felt like having dinner at a neighbor's house. Without a doubt, this was the most unique and enjoyable experience of our trip to the Island. There are just not enough good words to say about the Iron Skillet. The food is consistently wonderful always prepared to perfection. Try the Ribs (make sure you order in advance, the crab cakes, the pot roast, and the EVERYTHING on the menu!!! Bob and Maryann take special care to ensure that everything you eat, as well as your dining experience is always warm and welcoming... You've heard of comfort food, well this is a comfort restaurant that will never dissapoint you!

Had called for reservation and they were booked for the whole weekend, were very disappointed. On our way to another restaurant we decided to stop by just incase someone canceled and were in luck they had room for us. Very unique atmosphere, warm and cozy just like Grandma's dinning room with the old hutch filled with all kinds of dishes glassware. Though the menu is limited the food was excellent you must try the soup the best we had in a very long time. The only issue we had was we had to wait a very long time for each course so bring your wine so the wait won't be so bad.

like walking back in time . Open door feel at home come on in and enjoy the best food you could imagine. Every thing is home made with love and it shows. The roasted red pepper soup was to die for. We couldn't have had a better home cooked meal .You Have to have reservations ,we were lucky just stopped in and had a canclation so we were able to enjoy this great place. Wanted to make resverations for another night but we're all booked up and waiting list already. They only have 4 tables so be sure to call and make resverations you won't be sorry. Also you can bring a bottle of your favorite wine and they don't charge a corkage fee . Be sure to leave room for dessert. Can't wait to go back som... Voir le carte
