I often order from this restaurant and I am always happy with the food. Recently, I tried the Italian combo with macaroni salad and everything was amazing. Don't forget to try the cannoli!

The food was just bad. I spent almost 40 dollars on 3 items. The chicken was microwaved, the “fried” Mozz was microwaved. I’m sorry, but how can you guys over charge people when all you do is throw the food in the microwave. It’s disgusting and greasy. They should seriously consider making fresh food because my food was terrible.

I am a customer of Nardelli's, whether it be in Oxford, Southbury, or Waterbury. I have never had a bad experience at any of these locations. However, I recently called the Waterbury location at 7:50 to order a grinder, and despite being only 3.7 miles away, they basically refused to take my order. Instead, they told me to order from the Southbury location, prioritizing leaving on time over customer service. Having worked in the service industry before, I know that when a customer wants to make a purchase, you should always take their order. I will never set foot in this location again.
