"Walked in at 930pm. Guest at resort Ordered drinks appetizers and entrees. Bread and butter didn’t come out till entrees, appetizers were ok. Ordered 2 steaks, on medium well one medium rare. The medium well came out rare, the medium rare had some type of nasty glazing on it. Notified manager he said that’s the chefs choice wasn’t able to compensate or change anything im since kitchen was closing. Spent $2200 at this resort. Couldn’t even rectify the dinner situation. Sorry Omni, won’t be staying here anymore. You have the manager who worked on 7/3/2023 Night Shift at blue lever to thank for this."

This is a fantastic restaurant on the property for families with kids. The food is very tasty. It may be a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it.

I didn't get my credit card back, and no one seems to be able to locate it. I've received no follow-up or concern from the staff. I'm very disappointed.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but we were seated in a less appealing area. The glass of water I received had a large lipstick mark on it, and it didn't appear to have been cleaned. However, they did offer complimentary drinks to make up for the inconvenience.

We’ve eaten here a couple times during our stay and everything has been fantastic every time. Edgar gave us great service, the food was delicious, and the manager even came by to check on us a couple times which was a very nice touch. Very impressed and we look forward to returning!

"Wow! What a gem. We stopped here for dinner and dessert and just had to come back for breakfast, and everything was exceptional. The soft serve ice cream (made with oat milk) that they have is my favorite vegan ice cream that I have ever had. It's amazing. They have shaded and comfy outdoor seating. For dinner we had the chili soup, some garlic bread, the Guadalajara burger, and the Chupacabra Chic'n sandwich. Everything was super full of flavor and delicious. For desert, we got an ice cream to split and a slice of chocolate cake. The ice cream was absolutely wonderful. The cake was the weakest point of the meal, a little dry. But, it was still tasty. We knew during dinner that we just had to come back for breakfast (and more ice cream). We ordered a bagel sandwich and a tostada. My partner loved his sandwich. He gave me a piece of the tofu on it, and I normally don't like tofu that isn't very crispy, but was super tasty and flavorful. My tostada had a bunch of guac on it (not just a tiny scoop like some places do), and the flavors of the beans and guac were rich. The jalapeños added a nice kick (although, I'm sure you could get it without them if you don't like spicy). The ice cream was, again, amazing. I also got an agua fresca that was really pleasant on the hot morning. The staff members were very nice, were happy to answer any of our questions, and were generally quite helpful. 10/10"

"We had a nice time at dinner but I'm just shocked at the prices of everything. I had a bowl of angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and a couple pieces of cut up asparagus and I paid over $25.00, my husband had pesto fettuccine with sausage and he found the sausage to be dry and not good. The dinner special was a whitefish with mashed potatoes and asparagus and I usually never ask how much but did this time and it was $48.00...really? Happy hour there is always good but we won't be back for dinner. Service was great and it's not the fault of the waiters...dinner for 3 with one person drinking water, a house wine and a beer and it was over $200.00."

"Our waters never went empty! Somebody was always on the lookout, ready to refill that was really nice to have, especially at a restaurant in the desert. The food was immaculate the waiter was incredibly friendly. I normally don’t write reviews but this place was just too great to not brag about!! I loved every second I was there"

"The singer was amazing was the hilite of our evening. I came with 3 friends that have never been to Mastros- we ordered the shucked raw oysters to start I have never been to any restaurant that didn’t cut the oyster from the shell!!! We had to cut it with our knives pick the shells out of our mouths… horrible! It was like eating egg shells. I asked the server if this is normal (as it’s very strange) she said no- that’s not normal she’ll mention it to the chef… nothing was ever done or mentioned again to us. When we got the bill, we waited over 40minutes for anyone to come back to us… we finally waived down another server she started to process our bill. Our server finally came back apologized saying she got stuck downstairs (whatever that means). We ended up being there for almost 4hrs!!!! I’ve been to Mastros several times never had such bad service… sadly my friends won’t likely come back."

"I'm not sure if the issue lies with Open Table or the restaurant itself. I booked a table for two, which was supposedly the "only available time slot" according to the app. When I tried to change the reservation to four people, the app indicated that there were no tables available. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we noticed that many tables were empty and stayed that way throughout our visit. When I asked the hostess about this, she informed me that any modifications needed to be made by phone."
