"We sat for about ten minutes before we were served water and another ten minutes before we even saw the waiter. When we inquired about the standard menu, we were informed that it was not available. Instead, the buffet items were scattered throughout the restaurant. The prime rib was boiled and served at best a medium doneness when we prefer medium-rare, and it was quite tough. The turkey options were also dry. Moreover, the dessert menu did not include crème brûlée, which was listed, much to our disappointment. The waitress and the staff responsible for water rarely checked on us, although we could see they were attentive to other tables around us. When we received the bill, it was nearly $40 more than we had anticipated. When we asked why, we were told there was an automatic 18% gratuity, but we felt that this was misleading as we hadn’t been informed about it beforehand, and we were not compelled to give additional tips. Had I known about the grading system, I would have adjusted my tip accordingly. Overall, we are considering not returning to this restaurant during holidays, especially if we cannot order from the regular menu. We're feeling quite discouraged and disappointed at this time."

I didn't get my credit card back, and no one seems to be able to locate it. I've received no follow-up or concern from the staff. I'm very disappointed.

I found the dining experience to be quite pricey, and the table lighting was too dim to clearly see my food. The paella was dry, and the chimichurri sauce was overly salty.

The Christmas buffet was fantastic. The menu had a wonderful variety, including various salads, shrimp cocktail, and snow crab; roasted chicken, petite filet mignon, and sea bass were all exceptional. The dessert station was also delightful. The servers were attentive and gracious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Everyone around us seemed to enjoy themselves, right up to the last group of six we noticed, who appeared to be overwhelming the staff, almost as if we had frightened them. Nevertheless, we had a lovely evening, making it a perfect choice for Christmas.

Overall warm hospitality, from the time we approached the host stand until we were walking to our car. We had much appreciation for the great service and the food quality. We will always remember the best swordfish we had probably ever tasted in our lives. There was not a weak moment about our Christmas Dinner. We will be back for either the next special occasion or a good reason to treat ourselves to a great experience. Everyone involved in the production of this should be commended. We were thoroughly impressed and will probably tell fifty people about it. Thank you very much for making our Christmas Day flawless!
