"I visited this place hoping to indulge in the salted caramel froyo that I loved at another location, but unfortunately, they didn't have that flavor. While it’s not their fault, I was a bit disappointed. My cup cost $5, which was quite filling and a decent price for NYC. They had a wide variety of fun toppings to choose from. It was a Friday night, and there was only one girl working. She handled everything well, but she did seem a bit stressed. The seating area is spacious, which is a nice bonus."

This place always has my favorite flavors, Vanilla Tahitian Bean and Pomegranate Raspberry. The staff is quick to assist and extremely friendly. It's my top spot for frozen yogurt and our favorite location of 16 Handles!

They have 16 flavor options and all the machines were working. The variety of flavors weren't super interesting but they had the basics. The service was friendly.The interior has a cool design, the other patrons were all middle schoolers. They could have more fresh fruit toppings and wet walnuts

This place offers 16 different flavors and I opted for the original. It was sweet, tart and the fruit toppings for pretty good quality. You can add them on yourself and everything is serve. Mochi, however was stale when we got there around 8 PM. Four stars because you kind of have to know what you're expecting when you come to chain places. View menu

I got the two vegan options available: chocolate and raspberry. And they paired perfectly! I added a sprinkle of all different kinds of toppings and sat down in their warmed AC with comfortable wall cushions to enjoy this treat. When I went, it was $0.82 per oz so I’d recommend the cookie dough and any of the airy crunchy options. Lay off the fruits and gummies since those are the heaviest.

I recently visited a soft serve ice cream shop located on 2nd Avenue between 81st and 82nd Streets. They offer 16 different flavors with the option to swirl two together, as well as a variety of toppings. There's also a small party room in the back (check out the photo), which is a nice touch and could be handy for hosting a small kids' party. Overall, it's a great spot for ice cream lovers!
