"Food quality was very bad.. it didn’t taste good at all. We usually love sambar there, this time that was a flop. Choke batura, usually we love it, but this time we couldn’t even finish. I think they have to understand we are coming there not coz we can’t do a better job at home, it’s coz to get a free evening and if the food is good it brings back a lot of memories. They are definitely understaffed too in the restaurant area."

while eating is great, more trainings for the people who take orders will improve the experience. ordering was painful and slow, for me it seemed more due to the software used by the server.

Service was bad. Not enough plates offered for a party of 12 . We had to wait for few minutes to get extra plates. We asked for the big room but we were told we can stay there for 1 hr only. No one was there until we left.
