"I've been on the lookout for a reliable Ethiopian restaurant in Dallas, and I believe I've found the perfect one! The atmosphere is relaxed, reminiscent of a casual sports bar—not upscale, but the service is warm and welcoming. We ordered the doro tibs (chicken tibs), which were served with cabbage, and they were quite delicious. The flavors of the chicken paired with the injira bread were great, though the chicken could have been slightly more tender. One serving is definitely enough to share between two people. Their vegetarian dishes also seemed quite enticing. I will definitely be coming back!"

The food here is amazing. Four of us shared the taste of Ethiopia and we were stuffed. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed it felt like the place local Ethiopians would go for good food. The size was ok and the staff were super friendly. View menu

Came in about half an hour before closing time and was still served a fresh platter of lovingly prepared Ethiopian food. It wasn't as spicy as I expected but I think they tailored it to my assumed Western palate. Next time I go in I will ask them to make it spicy. Serving was so generous that it was impossible to finish, even sharing it with a friend. Definitely worth checking out if you are interested in trying new things from around the world.

This was our first experience with Ethiopian cuisine, and I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. After trying another Ethiopian restaurant, I have a second experience to compare it to, but I must say, this place is my favorite of the two. The food was delicious, spicy, and quite satisfying. We ordered the veggie platter for two, and it did not disappoint. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. One drawback is that the sign is somewhat difficult to see from the street, as the restaurant is located behind Krispy Kreme.

"A mean chicken sandwich, along with an array of other diverse items, is what you can expect to find here.Their chicken sandwich, though pricier than one at a fast food drive thru, is well worth it. It's a well seasoned breast fried with a well-balanced crispy batter. And, to top it off, it's bigger than cheaper fried chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The classic chicken sandwich is satisfying, but some of their other sauced variations might satisfy people who want more unique flavors on their sandwiches.Everything tastes fresh, and the organic cage free chicken they claim to use can be tasted. It's a juicy clean tasting chicken, and one's stomach can feel it later. Unlike a lot of other fried chicken sandwiches, there's a remarkable lightness about it.The fries they have are fresh and hot, but are also thick crinkle cut fries which may not be in some people's taste. Luckily, the homemade chips they make up for that fact, and they shockingly taste much better than they should. For those hoping for a healthier option, this place offers plenty of wildly delicious choices involving grilled chicken, quinoa salads, wraps, and many others that are no less creative than their fried chicken choices. The stellar atmosphere and friendly service cap it all off.If anything can be complained about, it's that the biscuits here are too soft, and lack the crumbly crispy texture of a regular biscuit one is used to eating. While it's not bad at all, some may not find it to their taste."
