"We've observed that many others have reported similar experiences with a disrespectful employee at the counter or on the phone. This leads to the question: why is this person still working here? Is it possible that the owner is demonstrating the same behavior? No one deserves to be treated poorly while just trying to place a food order, especially for items that are clearly listed on the menu. I am reluctant to spend my money at a business that tolerates this kind of customer treatment and does not seem to take complaints seriously."
