"My family decided to choose this Applebees tonight for dinner. When we walked in we were seated within minutes however before that my friend and I over heard one of the hosts making rude comments about how big our party was. We had eight people in the party. 4 adults and 4 kids. We were seated then ordered drinks. We did not receive drinks for almost 25 minutes. We ordered food, our appetizer came out no problem however our meals we waited for almost an hour mind you we have 4 kids with us that were hungry. And then when our food finally comes they bring the adults their food first, and then the kids. One of my kids had to wait longer than the rest after waiting almost an hour and to top it off we were seated with no utensils. So we had to wait an extra 5 minutes after that for utensils. When those utensils were brought out steak knives were placed directly in front of and within reach of my 1year old niece, had her mom not grabbed those as quickly as she did we could have needed to make a trip to the emergency room.The sizzling plate was almost dumped all over my husband’s lap.All in all very bad and disappointing experience if you decide you want to go here with a larger party than I guess what people would call usual, don’t. Try Friday’s instead. Or even Chilis."

We arrived at the right time, Sunday afternoon about 1pm. Not crazy busy. We were seated promptly and our order came quick. Our server Jill was excellent.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Although the breadstick was overcooked, the chicken broccoli Alfredo and the chocolate lava cake were both delicious.

I don't have many complaints about this restaurant. They have one of the best servers in town, who is amazing, funny, kind, and down-to-earth. You should definitely ask for Shamari when you visit, and make sure to tip her well.

The drinks at this restaurant are excellent! However, our experience was a bit strange due to an odd host who walked backwards to our table while maintaining direct eye contact, which made for an awkward encounter. Luckily, our server was fantastic! View menu

I was waiting for at least 7 minutes with employees buzzing by me doing their best to avoid conversation and eye contact. When I did inquire whether there is a specific person who is working pick-up I was met with an attitude. The employee who finally attended me at pickup was very pleasant.

Such a dissapointment im not sure why I go back just continues to go down hill both the taste of the food as well as the service. A simple burger not well cooked and the size smaller and smaller. Seems the bun size stays the same. Fries over cooked and appetizers like mozzarella sticks taste like microwaved. The only good app we had was pretzels.

Came for a birthday dinner. Asked our waitress for crayons water, she never brought it. I had to ask another waitress. Ordered our apps which arrived followed by our entree 5 minutes later. The steak was ordered rare and was well done. We were brought double sets of everything because the waitress forgot if she had even brought them in the first place. It was a mess. View menu

We stopped in after a concert for a quick bite. My friend had a wrap and I had a burger. Unfortunately it must have been an off night. We ate quickly and left. After speaking with management, though, I was given a gift card and assurance that it indeed was not the norm. We returned the other day for a fantastic late lunch. The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic.

Best Applebee's I've been to. The half-off appetizers for late night were the largest portion sizes I've ever seen for appetizers. Absolutely overflowing for a $5 wing plate. Food was hot, fresh, delicious. Service was impeccable. Drinks were amazing. Great job to this staff, I've been going to different Applebee's Late night happy Hours for years and this was top tier. Congrats on your team and thank you so much.
