"The fish sandwich hot delicious bread fresh and nicely put together but I would appreciate if you're going to advertise for ice cream your ice cream machine should work and this is at your Chestertown Maryland store on Washington Avenue I have had friends tell me that they have gone for ice cream and that it has been very very loose sometimes your employees are so annoyed with the customers by not having the machine fixed causes issues and as customers we know that your employees have nothing to do with fixing the machines so let's get those machines fixed at our Chestertown stores thank you so much"

This location always makes a good job and service is five stars. The drive is fast. Easy access to and from the main road. The dining room is always clean and they have a large local culture. Very recommended. View menu

Terrible. Sandwiches are smaller. To add insult to injury, I requested a cup for water, and, when I received my check, I saw that I had been charged .25 for a cup. When I questioned it, the response was It 's policy Not senior friendly

Another case of either laziness or terrible management lobby closed. Drive through was an agonizing experience of waiting for 10 minutes behind 2 other cars. Super friendly staff bumped this to 3 stars. No horsey sauce in our bag brought it back down to2 stars.

UPDATE 2022: Arby's has really raised the bar. The service is outstanding, and the food is even more delicious. The overall vibe of the restaurant has significantly improved. I'm not exactly sure what's changed, but it certainly has. This has become my favorite lunch spot in town! View menu

I had an excellent experience at the Chestertown Arby’s drive-thru today around 4:30. The woman who took our order was very courteous and even let us know about a minor issue with it, which wasn't a problem at all. The food was tasty and fresh! All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

Food was blah.. they weren't able to give me a receipt because they said their machine doesn't print them and they would have to call corporate to request a receipt and that would take a while. Craziest story I ever heard.. idk. they offer a cash backreward on Upside but you need the receipt to obtain the cash back so I feel that is a gimmick to get you in the door.
