absolutely wonderful brote, salad, special bakery! this place is a local gem and not to miss. aspen mills bakery and brot company sets carefree and love in everything they bake. the owner as well as all the employees are always so friendly, and every sandwich and salat I ordered here was excellent and high quality. There are so many great options at this restaurant! The sandwiches are fantastic, especially the prime cut (even better with a dip in 1000 island dressing). The cookies are large and delicious, particularly the oatmeal raisin and peanut butter. The soup selection is also delicious, with options like pumpkin chocolate chip. Both the Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage locations are excellent.
