"I made a special trip today for some hometown food, and it was everything I hoped for! From the start, the experience was classic—nobody was picking up the phone, and when they did, all they said was, "We're not taking phone orders!" Upon arriving, we were told that orders would take 40 to 60 minutes, and then they suddenly stopped taking new orders altogether! After placing my order, I left and received a text just 12 minutes later saying my food was ready. When I returned, there was a completely different staff, and I savored every single bite! I even have one item in my bag that might not make it back to Atlanta because it was just that delicious!"

Disappointed by the Mac-n-cheese. Very bland, almost tasted like it was blasted in the microwave before going out. Cold on top, piping hot in the middle. They did add an extra piece of chicken those, which tasted good!

I tried three times to call in an order so it will be ready when I pick it up. No one ever answered the phone, I had to go in order and wait. When I got there 2 or 3 people were just walking around, no one could pick up the phone ? Otherwise everything else was

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The food was disgusting and that’s the best way to put it. Mac cheese tasted like boxed Mac. Ribs weren’t bbq’d and didn’t seemed to be done. If you want REAL bbq. Go to the one on St Clair. Because this one does not compare. View menu

Waited over an hour for food. Had INEDIBLE FISH !! When I was I was informed they was dropping it fresh it was so hard it felt like bricks. It’s verrrryyy uncomfortable waiting for over an hour in your car when you have groups of people yelling and screaming in front of the building it’s not giving what it should I asked for sauce on my wing dinners and they were dry with feathers on my chicken so they don’t clean there chicken I will never come back

I've ordered their ribs and sides a few times through delivery, and they've consistently been great. They always get my order right and offer a variety of options to choose from. There's never been a mistake. The BBQ sauce is delicious, and the greens and mac and cheese are exactly what you crave. The sweet potato pie is a perfect finishing touch. If you're looking for delicious food in under an hour, B M is definitely the best choice on the east side.

The other day I ordered a half slab rib dinner and a polish GIRL, OMG, that was the most nastiest food in the world...the ribs was not bar b qued, oven cooked with ketchup something that suppose to been sauce...the polish girl had become a polish boy, with a mound of fries, a half of teaspoon of coleslaw and not one piece of shoulder meat....oh and the polish boy meat which was supposed to be beef spicy...NOT....that was a generic rubbery piece of meat. I am so done. #trust View menu

I decided to give this restaurant another shot after hearing that there were new owners, but unfortunately, things have only gotten worse. I ordered the rib tip dinner, which came with coleslaw and yams. Both the coleslaw and yams were extremely watery, and the yams were just canned Bruce's without any effort to drain or season them. As for the rib tips, they were mostly bone and overcooked, resulting in a tough texture. I recommend skipping this place unless you're in dire need of a meal. You'd be better off going to City BBQ or Smokin Q's.

The customer service was really good and the atmosphere is nice, but the food is just “ok”. Some of the food quality is questionable. For what i paid for, I expected better quality and what i ordered did not taste fresh. The beef brisket is sliced so thin like deli meat. The rib tips did not taste like it was made on the grill. They were not seasoned. It just had bbq sauce douced on the top. The sides i ordered tasted like doctored up canned food. For instance, I ordered 2 pieces of cornbread and the cornbread was undeniably from Giant Eagle. They put the cornbread in tiny ziplock bags and they were slightly stale.

"Upon our arrival, the hostess guided us to our table and provided us with menus. Many tables were busy with diners. The food was very good, but the service left something to be desired. We noticed that only two servers were managing all the occupied tables, which made it difficult for them to keep up. For instance, I had to ask our server, Vanessa, to refill my empty drink, even though she passed by our table numerous times. Additionally, my dessert arrived without certain components that were listed on the menu, and the missing items were not explained to us. At the end of March 2022, we observed that none of the staff were wearing face masks, and while some male patrons donned masks as they entered and exited the restaurant, most did not. We entered the restaurant wearing masks and kept them on until we were seated. When we inquired whether wearing masks had an effect on our service, the server came over to take our drink orders. I requested an unsweetened iced tea, while my wife ordered hot tea. Unfortunately, her tea arrived as a cup of hot water rather than a small teapot. We began our meal with an appetizer called Pepperoni Rossi alla Griglia, featuring house-roasted red peppers with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, served chilled with a piece of bread. We each enjoyed a serving of wedding soup with our bread. For our main course, we ordered the Quattro Stagioni Pizza, which has a margherita base (tomato and mozzarella cheese) topped with sausage, artichokes, and roasted red pepper slices. It was delicious! The sausage was mild, and my wife enjoyed her meal so much that she took some leftovers home for dessert. I added a few red pepper flakes from the table to give my pizza a bit more heat, and I finished my pizza at the restaurant because we truly enjoyed it. For dessert, my wife chose the Napolean Limone, which she paired with a glass of wine. It was fantastic! The Napolean Limone consists of homemade lemon puff pastries topped with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. I opted for the Toni Spumoni, which the menu claims is the best in the country. However, while my dessert included the spumoni ice cream, it did not come with the whipped cream and candied cherries as promised. I was disappointed as it did not live up to its reputation. Overall, the food was good, and the atmosphere and decor were lovely. The restaurant is very clean, with two unisex restrooms— the one I used was well-maintained. I believe the service could significantly improve with a few more servers, especially when the restaurant is nearly full, although I understand that business varies. Next time, we may just opt for takeout pizza instead of dining in, as we feel the table service could be more reliable."
