"We made a 7 pm reservation and were seated right away. NOBODY CHECKED ON US OR SAID ANYTHING TO US FOR 15 MINUTES. Finally the hostess came and asked if anyone had come by. She at least got us water. A very apologetic waiter (Joran) came after 20 minutes and took our drink and appetizer order. 15 minutes later apologetic Joran brought our drinks and said he'd be back to take our order as soon as he delivered the other drinks on his tray to another table. Another 10 minutes passed and we placed our order (45 minutes after being seated) again with the Hostess because Joran had disappeared again. Someone else brought our appetizer. At 8:10 we finally got our food. The Salmon plate and Ribs and meat plate were good. The $5 half yam and the corn on the cob were cold. The mixed veggies were warm and soggy and dripping in oil. The Cesar Salad was limp. To top it off we were brought our bill and overcharged almost $80. The excuse was the Hostess took the order and added to another tables order. The birthday boy got a nice plate of ribs but otherwise this would have been a total disaster. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it and won't be back."

My husband and I went with my Grandson and his fiancé. It was a great time especially because the ribs are the best!!! The waiter was exceptional, keeping us laughing and enjoying the food!!!

Every time we come to Palm Springs this place is a must stop; i am devastated that they are closing on Aug 31, 2024... Came in today and had wonderful service at the bar from Ryan. Ryan knew what to recommend and made delicious drinks and was very personable. The buffalo wings are the best i've had in my life and that's not an overstatement. The mac and cheese was amazing.....

With twelve years' experience dining at Babe's, this place never fails to impress. The venue, decor and atmosphere is extradordinary. As another reviewer posted, there no place that does baby back ribs like Babe's. A little hidden gem on the menu is the wedge salad, which is the best of its kind. If the wedge were the only item ion the menu, I'd still be a regular customer. Babe's iconic reputation is well deserved. View menu

They're closing this location in a week and they act like they don't care about current customers. Understaffed and overworked, the waiters/waitresses are doing the best they can. Food quality is less than it was. The brisket sandwich was so fatty, it was barely edible. Yam was so cold it wouldn't melt the butter. Looking forward to seeing what might come next to replace them. Maybe someplace with good food. I definitely don't plan on visiting Babes at the their new location down valley.

The food was absolutely excellent here, we enjoyed every bite! The service was a bit slow but provided everything we needed to ensure we enjoyed our meals. My only disappointment was the restrooms, the women’s restroom was filthy, no seat covers and trash all over the floor, walls with I don’t even know what all over them. I won’t let the bathroom prevent me from coming back but come on guys, keep the restrooms clean! Not having clean restrooms does say something about how clean the rest of the establishment might be… Just my two cents! Thanks for the awesome meal!

as a visually impaired person, first time dining at Babe's unfamiliar with the layout, I was a bit nervous due to dim lighting and pig statues everywhere lol. The bartender, Ryan, escorted me to a booth in the bar area immediately providing iced water and menus. Ryan is friendly and attentive to dozens of customers at once, addressing all by name, and checking in frequently. It is amazing how he moves faster than the speed of light so it was not easy getting a pic. Beer was refreshing and food delicious (pulled pork hushpuppies fish/chips). After settling the tab, Ryan's thoughtfulness didn't end guiding me to the men's room. Great experience, will tell friends to visit Babe's. View menu

Our server seemed to completely dislike our table from the start. I'm not sure why, we ordered premium drinks and everyone got a full meal. We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday and it was a subpar experience. Myself and my sister had to send back our macaroni and cheese because it was overly salty. Our server checked in on us after we got our food a total of zero times. We had to flag him down for anything we needed. No drink refills, no boxes for our food. I had to remind him about my mom's birthday to get her dessert. Then he never brought the check. I had to flag him down again to bring it and as soon as I got my card out he turned and walked away from me without the check! I had...

Update!!! We finally got seated after over an hour wait. And we literally sat at the table waiting for our server for over 10 mins. We asked another waiter for help and he ghosted us walking by 4 times. Zero eye contact. Stay away and head over to Yard House or PF Chang's, they want your business. Why are businesses still open if they don't have the staff to serve customers. I understand the challenges of find staff, but it's their brand and reputation. Why continue to struggle if it's only going to hurt your brand.....also, being polite goes a long way. Ghosting customers and ignoring them for 10-15 mins while they wait to put in their name is unacceptable. I refused to lower my standards,...

"Wow! What a gem. We stopped here for dinner and dessert and just had to come back for breakfast, and everything was exceptional. The soft serve ice cream (made with oat milk) that they have is my favorite vegan ice cream that I have ever had. It's amazing. They have shaded and comfy outdoor seating. For dinner we had the chili soup, some garlic bread, the Guadalajara burger, and the Chupacabra Chic'n sandwich. Everything was super full of flavor and delicious. For desert, we got an ice cream to split and a slice of chocolate cake. The ice cream was absolutely wonderful. The cake was the weakest point of the meal, a little dry. But, it was still tasty. We knew during dinner that we just had to come back for breakfast (and more ice cream). We ordered a bagel sandwich and a tostada. My partner loved his sandwich. He gave me a piece of the tofu on it, and I normally don't like tofu that isn't very crispy, but was super tasty and flavorful. My tostada had a bunch of guac on it (not just a tiny scoop like some places do), and the flavors of the beans and guac were rich. The jalapeños added a nice kick (although, I'm sure you could get it without them if you don't like spicy). The ice cream was, again, amazing. I also got an agua fresca that was really pleasant on the hot morning. The staff members were very nice, were happy to answer any of our questions, and were generally quite helpful. 10/10"
