"I don't want to overshadow our delicious meal with the awful customer service, but it left a lot to be desired. The young lady that took my name was pleasant. The other young lady standing with her couldn't be bothered. She never turned around to acknowledge me. After being told it was a 25 minute wait and sitting there for 45 minutes, I notice the young lady that couldn't be bother pulling her sock up on her foot at least 3 times, mind you during this time she is serving people their drinks. With one group ahead of us we notice a table sitting empty for at least 15 minutes and another table for about 10 minutes. The group ahead of us is taken to the booth that sat empty for about 10 minutes, they don't want to sit there, they want the pub table that we all watched sit empty for about 15 minutes. Never the less, an hour or so later we are being seating, the young lady that couldn't be bothered asked us if a pub table is okay, I asked if a booth was available. At this point the group ahead of us has been seated for about 10 minutes or so the booth they declined is still opened. This little girl looked me dead in my eyes and said sorry there's no booths available. We're starving at this point so I didn't argue. Though the food wasn't exactly hot when it came out it was delicious our waitress was sweet! But management needs to have a conversation with the little girl that is supposed to be a hostess, because she will definitely cost them business in the long run! I know Saturday evenings are busy, but customer service is everything in the restaurant industry."

Exceptional service! One of the best burgers I've ever had... the salad was spot on. The fries are unsalted, but the dipping sauce complements them perfectly.

I always order the Philly cheesesteak or the black bean burger along with a Caesar salad, and I never regret spending my money! The truffle fries with aioli sauce are absolutely delicious! The strawberry lemonade is sweet and refreshing as well.

The burgers were excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and well-informed. It was a bit noisy for a family outing, but overall, it's a fantastic place to relax and watch a game. The menu was well-balanced, offering a great variety of options along with the opportunity to create your own. My only complaints are that the carpets and floors could use a bit more cleaning, and the tabletops should not be sticky.

The wings were perfect size and tasty. The burger was full filling. I couldnt finish it all at once so I left some for the next day. The packaging looks good quality but when I got it the bread was a bit soaked maybe because of the inside condensation. Yet the overall quality of each ingredients is perfect. Except for the fries, they can do better. I would rate my frist order from this place as 9.2/10. Definitely ordering again.
