Tried their pizza tonight for the first time. I spent 42 dollars, assuming that would feed three people... instead I received a sparsely topped, very small pizza that was mostly cold and had an almost raw crust. I was extremely disappointed, as was my husband who had very fond memories of this place when he was younger. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience.

Been to different locations before and never been to this one. I was not disappointed! The food was amazing! It was hot, fresh and tasted great, the service was fast and friendly. Will definitely recommend if you are in the area. We will definitely visit again. My wife and I ordered the Dude Ranch mountain pie, and needless to say, is now our favorite pizza in town.

They previously had locations in different places, but this one is a winner! I was not disappointed at all! The food was incredible—hot, fresh, and flavorful. The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. My wife and I tried the Dude Ranch Beardcake, and without a doubt, it has become our favorite pizza in town. We will certainly be back! Ordered a calzone and small pizza to go. Was just warm when I picked it up and I have never had a pizza so dry. It’s like they forgot the sauce. Appeared to be over cooked bread and toppings/cheese. Even the calzone was dry. I’ll continue using my small local pizza joint and won’t be returning to beau Jo’s. Follow up: Stated it was over cooked and dry, that has nothing to do with quality ingredients. That has to do with a lack of ingredients and being overcooked by your chef. I will not waste another $50+ to maybe get better pizza. I 'll go where its always the same quality and half the price.

I absolutely have to mention the salad bar! After driving for a while from the mountains, I was craving Colorado-style pizza, and I was delighted to find a heap of fresh veggies to go with it. The pizza, as always, is unmatched. The salad bar may be small, but it's packed with delicious options. Between that and the pizza, we left feeling stuffed and satisfied! The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. While this location isn’t my favorite Beau Jo's (that special place in Glendale/Cherry Creek will always hold a special place in my heart—and stomach), it was still really wonderful and exactly what we were hoping for.

On the positive side, the sauce has a great flavor, and the crust is delicious when dipped in honey or ranch. The waitstaff was also very friendly. However, there were some downsides. I waited a long time for a single pizza, despite there being hardly any customers. The amount of sauce and cheese on the mountain pie is surprisingly small! I chose the mountain pie for the crust, but it ended up being mostly crust. Plus, they charge extra for toppings on the mountain pie, which doesn't make sense since the prairie crust has more space for them. I can't believe I paid $12 for this small “1 pound” cheese pizza. 1) Their app is problematic. I ordered a create-your-own pizza and called in to confirm whether it included regular cheese and sauce in addition to the $5 toppings I selected. I was told that it did, but that was incorrect. The app only provides 6-7 options, and cheese and sauce are not included. 2) There was no price given when I placed my order over the phone. This lack of clarity compounded the previous issue. I ended up paying $48 for a pizza that had only bacon, onions, and beef on it. 3) The portion size was misleading. The pizza weighed in at just 2.57 lbs, including the box, not the 3 lbs I had expected. 4) Because no cheese or sauce was added, the crust was overcooked and burn...

Unfortunately, I received incorrect information. The app available for customers or servers only shows 6-7 options, and cheese and sauce aren't listed as included. I’m not really sure why anyone is commenting on quality of food here, because that really is not the issue. Pizza around here is pretty abysmal.. with Beau Jo’s actually being an exception. Our pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The service, on the other hand, made the experience so unenjoyable. We had to wait (probably 15+ minutes) for a table despite the restaurant not being busy. They said they were understaffed, which they definitely were not judging on the amount of filled tables. It seemed that there are too many front of house people doing virtually nothing, with a select few carrying the weight of the restaurant on their shoulders.
