"This little gem is nestled in the vintage shopping district of Rittenhouse Square. It gives the air of an old fashioned, quaint ice cream parlor splashed with modern goodness best of all being...THEY HAVE VEGAN ICE CREAM!! It's Super clean. In the BEST location. Ice cream to eat there and pints to go. Vegan Ben Jerry's ice cream is next level amazing! This shop is awesome bc they carry several vegan flavors that you can't buy anywhere else in town not even at grocery stores. The staff is amazing too! I left my bag in the shop one night and did not realize until after they closed, but I took a chance and I frantically called the store, just in case. AND the girl not only answered the phone after hours (rare! but she waited for me to come back to grab my bag even though that meant she had to stay late. Great local feel to this place!"

I LOVE Ben and Jerry’s ice cream!! It’s a small space with only a few tables, but I always take my ice cream outside. The workers are usually very friendly.

The land currently occupied by this establishment rightfully belongs to the Native Americans and should be promptly returned to these indigenous peoples. The ice, while quite tasty, is severely overpriced.

The Workers Were wonderful, Nice and lively. The coconut ice cream tasted very good however unfortunately the Cherry Garcia ice cream was a little (bit grainy) on my last visit but that is not usually the case. View menu

Nice shop on Penn's campus. The ice cream is pretty good. This time I had salted caramel Blondie and Reese's peanut butter cup sundae. Very good quality, but a little on the expensive side. Still worth it, though. Pricey and good is worlds better than inexpensive and bad... Staff isn't always that friendly, though, so don't be surprised.

I have been visiting this restaurant for many years, ever since it first opened a long time ago, and I always appreciate the excellent customer service. However, I do have one concern: they don’t have every flavor available in the freezer. Since it’s an actual Ben & Jerry’s, I would expect them to carry the full selection, which I find quite odd. This is likely the only Ben & Jerry's brick-and-mortar store in Philadelphia, and it has been for quite some time.
