"Food is always great! This time chicken was over cooked. But it happens, no biggie. Have ordered several times and mostof the time no issue with the food. Customer service is 0 stars every time unfortunately(guy who works the front). Today order placed online they misinterpreted the note. It happens, realized it was a misunderstanding asked for the correct item and they refused. Not an apology or offer to make things right just rude. Advised I would just like it replaced and they said I would need to pay again to get what I ordered. or take it up with the online platform. Another time Waiter was rude to wife and instead of using words walked the menu over and pointed to a menu to imply she should have the menu instead of asking."

Ordered a pizza from here for the first time today. $24 (including tip) for a 14 half plain half pepperoni and sausage, including $5 tip. Overpriced for what it is (14 and barely any pepperoni or sausage) and the delivery person just left it at the door without even knocking, so it's cold as well.I recommend ordering pizza from somewhere else! Will update if I order something else in the future.

Called to place my order over the phone. When I asked which salads were included the person on the phone listed several salads including the Bensi salad. When I picked up my order I noticed I had an up charge for the Bensi salad. This place is TOP SHELF. Went twice this past week and honestly feel there is NO place in the area that comes remotely close to this restaurant! I moved from Bergen County and until now, could not find that rare combination of quality food, CLEAN and attentive , personable staff. The seafood is AMAZING. I’ve heard some comments in reference to the owner….guess what…he’s doing a whole lot of right, maybe you just don’t know the difference.

This was my first time trying Bensi and I had a pretty bad experience. I ordered a large vegetable ravioli for 19 dollars but when I opened my order I thought I received the half portion. Definitely overpriced for the amount of food I received. Half the container was filled with oil. The ravioli didn't seem to come in any kind of sauce. The soup container was also very small. Overall, the quality and quantity were both very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Bensi based on this experience.
