"The bagels are pretty good. Soft, a lil salty. I think they fall short in texture though.Cream cheese is fair. Missing a fattiness to it but I think some people prefer the brighter cream cheese flavor.I got the nova salmon and it was plentiful. Almost too much…I would prefer a smaller price tag for less salmon cus it felt like too much to me with nothing else to cut it except for sparse red onion. And for $16 it was completely overpriced. Half the salmon for $10?Also got a tuna salad panini. Tuna was bland and panini burntBiggest issue was that there was a hair in my bagel. And I don’t know what it is but hair in my food really grosses me outOverall totally middle of the road mediocre experience and I would get a bagel with cream cheese if I was by them again maybe ??‍"

I really love this place! The breakfast is great, and they serve the best home fries.

Everything bagel, dill cream cheese, lox, capers. It’s a gut bomb, but you can’t go wrong.

I was charged $16 for a sesame bagel with lox spread. The bagel was tasty, but they had expired drinks available. View menu

Great bagels with an incredible variety of cream cheeses. Coffee was fresh and tasty as well. Friendly staff with a great attitude.

This place offers an excellent variety of bagels and pastries. There's also some seating available if you want to grab a quick meal. It's my go-to bagel spot in the area!

This is a true Brooklyn staple for a great bagel. Best lox and scallion cream cheese combo on a toasted everything that goes well with a fresh iced cappuccino. Great customer care highly recommend. View menu

The bagels here are absolutely fantastic. I usually go for the veggie tofu spread, but I tried my friend's bagel this time. It was a bit denser and chewier than my usual preference, but I still enjoyed it. The shop is extremely clean, and the staff is always quick and attentive. Since I live nearby, I will definitely be coming back here regularly!

They have horrible customer service. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a bagel and coffee. I’ll never go back. Also, they were white customers that came in after me and they were given food before. That is another reason why I’ll never go. Poor Customer Service and prejudice workers. I am not confused about the Bagel Shop location. Your location is the one near Pratt Institute on Mrytle Ave. Your employees needs to be retrained for customer service. Stop lying for your poor service. Fix your problem, first. Your employees are prejudice and lack proper service skills.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
