Granted I didn't really get a bbq item but selling Kraft box Mac and cheese for $10 is ridiculous.

This restaurant is one of my favorites! I absolutely love the chicken salad with plantains. It always makes me think of Hawaii.

I am amazed by the beautiful staff at this restaurant, including a very large man with big smiles. The customer service, food, atmosphere, and overall concept are all outstanding. You are missing out if you haven't tried this place!

The food is fantastic! This is our go-to spot for dining out. Their menu has a wide selection, including vegan options. We have utilized their catering services for large events and everyone was satisfied with the food. They also have a second location in Hooksett.

I love this place. I'm sad that I'm so far away from it. they have the main menu as well as a vegan menu! I think they can also make the most dishes from the main menu vegan. her kale is delicious, so I recommend one of the dishes with the kale. They also have one or two vegan baked goods. View menu

I was hesitant when I ordered the loco moco and the person on the phone didn't know what it was. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The dish was incredible and even comparable to the loco mocos I've had in Maui. The standout element was the rice, which was enhanced by the black basil specks, making the whole dish exceptional. I would return to Merrimack just for this loco moco. If possible, I would give it 6 stars.

I'm not sure if it was what we ordered or just an off day, but our meal was very bland. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with rice on the side, which was bland despite being a large portion. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with pineapple, but again, the pork had no flavor. I also received the wrong kids meal, a chicken meal instead of a quesadilla, and they forgot the juice that came with it. When I went back in to get the correct meal and juice, they didn't offer a replacement or apologize for the mistake. The service was subpar and the food was disappointing, so I don't plan on returning. It's a shame because I was excited to try a Hawaiian inspired meal.

The menu options are varied and all sound great. Our server was very friendly and helpful. But the food itself was really not very good. We all got different bowls off the menu. All of them tasted pretty bland and needed salt. The presentation was poor; the whole bowl looked greasy and brown, as if it had been cooked in dirty oil. The plantains were hard and underripe. The rice was bland and mushy, with little burnt bits. Sautéed vegetables meant mostly plantains with a few strips of onion and bell pepper, in a bowl that already included plantains.
