I ordered a loaded potato expecting it to be fully assembled, but instead, I received a tiny cup with ingredients for me to put together myself. I spent twenty dollars on this! I recently tried to call them to discuss my experience, but they wouldn't answer the phone.

this place was amazing! my sister in law recommended this place to us and im SO glad she did! the food was AMAZING, the guys working were very accommodating to our big crowd of people, and definitely went above and beyond for us. (Tulsa location by the aquarium). well worth the trip and money spent! will definitely be back!

I ordered a full rack of ribs, and they were cooked to perfection. I personally prefer a heavy sweet dry rub on my ribs, but these were quite lightly seasoned, though undeniably smoky. The flavor really highlighted the quality of the meat and the smoke. The texture was ideal—tender without being overcooked. The portion size was generous, and as someone with a hearty appetite, I was definitely satisfied. The sauces provided at the table compensated for the lack of dry rub, but I like to taste the food before adding anything. Ultimately, regardless of my personal preferences, I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you haven’t already; it might just become your new favorite.

I ordered delivery from Door Dash. I found some plastic wrap all chopped up in the chopped beef. Update: I was contacted by the owner, David. He tried to correct the problem by sending another meal via Door Dash. He paid for the delivery and actually placed the order himself. He was very friendly and showed interest in the issue. The order arrived at the time and date that I asked for it. Unfortunately, the chopped beef contained plastic wrap once again. When I told him, he was in disbelief. He offered to send another order. I advised him it was not necessary. The bologna was great and the mac n cheese is wonderful. BBQ sauce (sweet n mild) was very good. The owner is TOP NOTCH. I will order...

I reached out to the owner, David, who was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue by sending another meal through DoorDash. He personally handled the order and even covered the delivery cost. David was friendly and genuinely concerned about my experience. The second meal arrived right on schedule, but, regrettably, the chopped beef still had plastic in it. When I informed David, he was incredulous and immediately offered to send another order, but I declined as I didn't want to inconvenience him further.
