"On the day I visited, I couldn't see the pizza from where I was standing, so I asked the staff what kinds they had. I was told they had cheese, Margherita, and a meat pizza, which I initially thought was chicken, bacon, and ranch. Since I was particularly hungry, I ordered one of each. However, when I saw the slices being taken from the warming rack, I realized they were quite small for the price. So, I changed my order and asked for just two slices: the Margherita and the meat pizza.
Once the pizza was heated and handed to me, I realized I had misheard the staff member. The meat pizza was actually chicken, bacon, and ham— a combination I had never tried before. As it turned out, the chicken was battered and fried, which created an interesting flavor, but it wasn't my favorite.
As for the quality of the pizza itself, the dough was crispy and chewy, which is the way I like Italian-style pizza. The cheese was good as well, not greasy like some lower-quality cheeses. However, I didn’t particularly enjoy the two slices I chose. Overall, I would rate the pizza a 6 out of 10—better than average, but not significantly so, especially considering the small size for the price.
The highlight of my visit was the service. While I was waiting, an elderly woman walked in and asked for a slice of mushroom pizza. The staff explained that they only had three slices available. The woman didn't seem to understand and asked, "So what’s the answer, yes or no?" The staff member said she would ask, and as she walked away, I wasn't sure if the woman didn't hear or simply didn't understand her. I tried to assist by explaining how pizza places typically sell slices and how they usually have options available."
