"Decided to take my wife here for our anniversary dinner. It was a good choice overall. Our appetizers were very good. We got the Pretzels and Cheese. We also had the pepperoni rolls. For the main entrée I had the Steak Frites with truffle and brussel sprouts. It was so delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. My wife had the Prime Burger with a side Caesar Salad. Lots of great menu items in theory and creativity, but recipes and execution left a lot to be desired.

Great food at a really great price! My family and I were looking for a good and hearty meal after a long day of traveling and Bourbon Prime delivered! View menu

So if you order a $38 steak you get just that! No bread no vegetables just a small piece of steak that had possibly 4 oz of meat and the rest was bone. This place was So disappointing!

I thought they were pricey. Their breakfast buffet was basically a continental breakfast. The hash potatoes were overcooked and not fresh. I couldn't eat them. I wasn't happy with the selection for a buffet. I expect for a buffet to serve omelets to order and have toast, etc. I don't think I'll go back.

WORST dining experience I have ever had. First time leaving a public review. Bourbon Prime is terrible. They have a steak for $70.00 on the menu…but we had clueless staff, an hour and a half wait for food that was cold and inedible, we couldn't even get water. Also....No apologies from management.. they said “sorry.., were understaffed”. You have to pay for parking. DO NOT EAT HERE. View menu

The food was okay, but did not have many options. I ended up going with their “special”, which was a Kolby filet. I ordered medium and it came out almost rare, but I suffered through since I didn't want to wait any longer. It was definitely disappointing to hear from my husband after we left that we paid $70 for a steak that wasn't cooked as requested. The service was not good and the waitress didn't know the menu at all, which is sad considering such a limited menu!

I was beyond disappointed. We went for Valentine's dinner on Saturday. We were unaware they were doing a select menu for the holiday, as it wasn't advertised on their website. It was a four course meal with two options for each course except the main course which there were three options. Both appetizers were tasteless. The crab cake eggroll was cold and moshy. The salad was good. My wife's steak was cook excellent however my tuna was disgusting. It came across as a frozen precooked tuna filet … – show

"You’re stuck in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, a small town that’s mostly known for its universities and hospitals. Let’s be honest: it’s not exactly a culinary hotspot. As your stomach grumbles, you brace yourself for yet another meal that’s just meets the edible variety. But then, while aimlessly scrolling through Google, you stumble upon a place called Volcano Japanese Restaurant. Your initial thought? It’s probably as exciting as a sushi spot in West Virginia could be? Right? WRONG. Upon arrival, you step inside, and suddenly, it’s like you’ve been teleported to Legitsville, West Virginia. Population: you. The menu is a treasure map of sushi delights, authentic Japanese dishes, and intriguing drinks. Feeling adventurous, you order the Spider-Man 3 roll, fully expecting some cheesy, gimmicky sushi experience. Instead, what arrives is a giant masterpiece of crab meat, tempura shrimp, and other flavors so divine that you consider composing a haiku on the spot. Eager for more, you decide to leave some room for a second course and opt for the chicken teriyaki with rice. The portion is just right, and the flavors? Think blended, voluptuous, and savory. As you glance over at the next table, you spot diners receiving their order on what looks like a miniature carved bridge covered in sushi rolls. That’s when you realize you’ve discovered a true culinary gem, a hole-in-the-wall that’s actually a 5 out of 5 sushi palace. A spot you will be coming back to and raving to the homies about. The service? Top-notch. The waitress was so attentive, it was as if she could read your mind. The prices are shockingly reasonable for such high-quality food and an atmosphere that feels like a mini-vacation to Japan. So, if you’re currently lost in the void of Google searches, desperately seeking your next meal, stop everything. Make your way to Volcano Japanese Restaurant, and prepare for a dining experience that’s nothing short of explosive."
