"We finally made it! We didn?t plan on going out tonight but so glad we did. We relocated from Michigan two years ago. Love the old mill converted to a restaurant- so many mills converted here in North Carolina. We had a little wait so my husband ordered a drink- I got a Pellegrino water at the bar. The place is hopping! Lots of people everywhere. When we got seated, Tara was our server. She was really nice. I peeked at what servers are bringing to tables: pizza galore. We decided to go with the wings, the spinach dip the chicken quesadilla. I think after a long week of studies- this was exactly what I needed. I tried to take good pics- but I had accidentally left my phone at home. My husband took some for me. I?d like to come back and try the pizza or pick it up to go. Tara was awesome by the way. She had a great personality and my husband?s request for the wings to be like ?extra crispy? well she made sure the kitchen got them perfect!"

It was a beautiful place and staff was very friendly, but the experience felt incomplete. The AC did not work, no salt and pepper on the table, had to ask for napkins, refills and my drink.

Food is delicious. Service was great, the restaurant is really big and nice, and there is a patio. We ordered The greek salad with salmon and the chicken parm pasta, both were tasty. We would come back!

1st time eating here, nothing I would be running back to. Zucchini chips was soggy full of oil. My fish sandwich vegetables wild rice was very very bland. My coworker said her club sandwich Brussel sprouts was good. The waitress was nice but messed up a couple of times on the drink orders

It hasn't been here for about four years and it was just as good as I remember. My pizza was wonderful, all the beats were fresh, full of taste, and the whole pizza was cooked to perfection. The Cajun chicken pasta of my wife was also delish. We had the chocolate tuxedo cake for dessert, the sky was on a plate

I love this place. Been here several times when in North Carolina and the beer is great and the food was even bigger. Had the chicken parmesian who was more than I could eat. Service was five stars on the hightop. I wouldn't think twice about coming back. Maybe next time I want to get the Buffalo chicken pizza. View menu

Come here when we visit the family from town. Very solid menu and options. Wings were big, crispy and the sauces were very good, I would say they were homemade. The pizza has a buttery light crust I enjoyed very much, slightly different from NY style, but very good. Definitely a great place to get good food at a good price.

"However, when a waitress approached us shortly after we had sat down with our second plates and asked us to pay, I was caught off guard. I had a mouthful of samosa and gestured to her that I couldn’t speak at the moment, hoping she would take the hint and come back later, but she didn’t. Once I was able to swallow, I reminded her that we thought there was no rush. Surprisingly, she responded with, "You don’t want to pay?" Feeling a bit irritated by her timing, I said it was fine, and I would pay now. When I did pay, she didn’t even acknowledge it with a thank you. Afterward, the table next to us commented on how they saw the whole incident and mentioned that this is how payment is typically collected there. A gentleman from that table, who was born and raised in India, explained that this aggressive approach to collecting payment is a cultural norm. In India, he said, people often negotiate the bill only after finishing their meal, which makes servers a bit defensive about payments. I understand that different cultures shape our behaviors, but that situation left me feeling somewhat embarrassed, which was unfortunate because the food was amazing. I had been craving Indian cuisine since moving here from New York about two years ago. I’d love to come back with my parents, but I might suggest paying upfront to avoid the awkwardness. I gave the restaurant another chance, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed for a few reasons. We arrived at 1 PM on a Saturday, and since lunch is served until 3 PM, I expected a good selection. However, there was very little food left—no samosas, no chicken in the Tikka Masala, and most other dishes were similarly depleted. I asked the owner if they planned to prepare more, and he assured me they were cooking additional items that would be out soon. Twenty-five minutes later, they finally began bringing out some food, but it felt like too little too late. Several other guests even left after seeing the buffet. The owner explained that they hadn't been busy earlier, so they hadn’t prepared much food. While I understand not wanting to overprepare, if you’re open for business, you should be able to serve customers. Otherwise, it might be better to close for the day. I left feeling very disappointed and don’t think we’ll be returning."
