"Absolutely astounding. The indoor seating was slammed full, and even so a worker greeted me and took my takeout order. On suggestion I ordered the jalapeno cheddar biscuit with bacon, egg, and cheese and it was amazing. If you're not a fan of spicy foods, you can still enjoy the biscuit as the Jalapeno's have been cooked and are only mildly spicy. Flakey biscuit and fresh scrambled egg paired with krispy smokey bacon made it an amazing choice. I ordered a side of home fries and was very surprised not only by the perfect amount of seasonings, but also how evenly cooked and crunchy each piece was. The onions and peppers could have used a little more caramelizing, but the clean earthy flavor was still welcome. The chicken noodle soup was also recommended to me, and like the biscuit I was very impressed. The rich calogen filled broth needed just a pinch more salt to truly shine, but was still very enjoyable with the hand pulled chicken and perfectly cooked elbow noodle"

The pork salad was amazing! Perfect mid-day lunch . Taylor, Laura Leigh and Rebecca were very generous and caring.

One of my favorite breakfast places. I’m a fan of their corn beef hash, and I’m pretty picky about it. They have quick service, healthy food options, and they serve breakfast and lunch from 7 to 4.

The servers are all very friendly and work together as a team, providing top-notch service. The food is superb and is always served hot at the table. This place has the best breakfast around, no question. View menu

Enjoyed a late Fall brunch at an outside table in front of this strip mall restaurant. Tried the crab cake benedict on top of a cauliflower patty (instead of english muffin) and it was surprisingly good. I wish there had been 2 instead of just 1!

This place is the real deal! I lucked out because they were offering their jalapeño cheddar biscuits today (they tell me this is very unusual)! The cheese grits were phenomenal. And the staff were very friendly! I love supporting local businesses and I will be back again soon!

We absolutely adore Charlie's restaurant. We love the wait staff, the cooking staff, and everyone behind the scenes who make this hidden gem so amazing. The owner knows all of her customers by name and treats you like a friend. You couldn't ask for a better place. The food is truly the highlight. View menu

This is such a cute restaurant with pretty good food. We had to wait a bit as it is quite small. Yet, it was worth it. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. I order the salmon with rice and beans. It was quite tasty yet the cute cornbread muffins did it for me. I would definitely recommend it.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was charming. I ordered the Western omelette with breakfast potatoes and Italian toast, and everything was cooked perfectly with great flavors. However, the service was lacking. I was dining alone and took the last high top table, which seemed to annoy the staff. The server who took my order was curt and unenthusiastic, and no one checked in on me once my food arrived. I would have liked another mimosa, but the bill was dropped off abruptly without any further interaction. Despite the service, I may give this place another try because the food was so good. Hopefully, the staff will be more friendly next time.

"Ordinary in disguise. My wife and I have been to 2 of the different dressler locations and have not been impressed with either. Sure, the branding is great. The atmosphere isn’t bad. But the food is just far too ordinary. We met in-laws for birthday dinner at the birkdale location. Super nice FOH, waitress was fantastic and attentive. Started with the charcuterie board for the table and Parmesan risotto for our 2.5 year old and ordered wines- which the wine list wasn’t bad either. Risotto was made for a child, even though we confirmed it was made like it typically was. Woefully under-seasoned, slightly crunchy and dry. Not a good risotto at all but hey, my toddler ate it. Charcuterie board was home chef level- basic at best. Maybe 5 saltines on the side of some brown mustard and 3 salamis with cheese chunks. Would not recommend. I ordered the NY strip and wife ordered the Mahi dishes. Had to send back the NY strip as it was charred and acrid even if the center was pink, signs of a grill that is far too hot and a kitchen that rushes. It was unpalatable and I ordered it medium-rare. Opted for the crab cakes instead which were actually fantastic! Potatoes on the side for both were chewy and lacked depth of flavor, average at best. Didn’t have dessert as we had spent enough without a real return on value. Won’t be returning unless it’s for beers and crab cakes at the bar. Food: 2.5/5 Drink: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 3.5/5"
