"My wings was the only thing worth eating, I spent 20 minutes waiting on food because I did ask for fresh wings. That’s understandable, but I get home my so called gravy is gravy water it was terrible I poured it out. The biscuits were also terrible I put those in the garbage as well. The potatoes looked like potatoes Instant potatoes. That was my first time there and my last. And who ever owns this building it’s need a total remodel job inside and out. They need to put some money into this restaurant. Ridiculous!"

Had been craving Browns Chicken for awhile, Finally got my fix . The Chicken, Corn fritters, Biscuits Fries-Were 1,0000% Delicious!!! Will be going bk to St. Charles location, Regularly!!!

Hard to find quality fried chicken. Not too many Brown 's Chicken around any more and so very HAPPY this one exists. Great staff, efficient and IT TASTES BETTER ?? just as I remember from the late 70 's 80 's.

I usually use the drive-thru when I stop here during work, and I've never been inside the restaurant. However, I've consistently received friendly service with minimal wait times. The food has always been good too. View menu

I ordered a 2-piece meal with a white meat breast and wing, but instead, I received two dry and stale thighs. They seemed like they were leftovers from earlier today or even yesterday. To top it off, I also got a dried-out biscuit.

My bill was over $60 and I paid extra for mac and cheese and the cheese was spoil. Paid for Bread biscuits were cold and dry not fresh. Had to wait 10min for fresh chicken but my mashed potatoes were cold as well. Horrible experience.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy some delicious deep-fried chicken livers and incredible corn fritters. The service is excellent, and the food is served hot and fresh, made to order. Additionally, they have slot machines that help pass the time while you wait. I'm a big fan of Brown's Chicken! View menu

Pay no heed to the review below me (Jennifer Shepard). She indicated that we were friends, but if she was a real friend she wouldn 't have insulted a fine dining establishment such as this. I had the turkey bowl five days in a row, and you know what? It was great all five days. So that why it gets five stars. Four more stars than my friend gave.

This place used to be good. However it has gone down hill over the last few years. The last couple times I have waited a long time. Once over twenty mins. To be served stale chicken and microwaved slop for sides. If the food was fresh I can deal with the wait. This was during normal business hours etc. saw another car take off based on the wait lol. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t visit again.
