"We ordered two burgers, a side of fries and a side of onion rings. The burger had a bamboo stick in it but we pulled it out. However another bamboo piece was left in the burger and caught in my son‘s mouth. After we mentioned it to the server, the manager came over and made sure he was OK but then charged us for the full amount of the bill. Sort of odd."

Food was delicious. Service was slow … place was packed and not enough servers. hard to know how to staff a University town restaurant. with varying crowds depending on events (like women’s NCAAs) in town. Our server worked incredibly hard to accommodate everyone… so did not downgrade the service.

BRU Burger always delivers! Enjoyed a delicious cocktail, the Triple Dip chicken tenders never miss! The fries house ketchup are a must. The full-size Gorgonberry Pecan salad with salmon is enough for two meals. Thus our go-to spot for a quality meal that doesn’t break the bank. Our server was friendly attentive. Great service.
