"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buddakhan restaurant, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant until the very last bite, everything was absolutely extraordinary. First and foremost, I cannot commend Tony Kaufman, the outstanding manager of Buddakhan, enough for the exceptional job he has done. His professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. Tony's welcoming demeanor and ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere truly enhanced my dining experience. Now let's talk about the food. Buddakhan offers a diverse and exciting menu that caters to a variety of palates. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the delectable peking duck to the mouthwatering hamachi , every dish showcased the culinary expertise of the talented chefs at Buddakhan. The service at this restaurant was impeccable. The attentive staff members went above and beyond to cater to my needs and ensure that I had a memorable dining experience. From recommending dishes to promptly refilling drinks, their attention to detail was commendable. The ambiance of Buddakhan is captivating and exudes an aura of elegance and contemporary charm. The stylish decor, dim lighting, and soothing background music create a fantastic ambiance for a casual night out or a special occasion. Another notable aspect of Buddakhan is the extensive drink menu. Whether you're a fan of craft cocktails, fine wines, or refreshing mocktails, you'll find a wide range of options to complement your meal perfectly. Overall, my dining experience at Buddakhan was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the exceptional management of Tony Kaufman. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and a delightful ambiance, I highly recommend Buddakhan. You won't be disappointed!"

Great place located north of the Meat Packing District- NYC. Plenty of transportation options. Great Asian food options, but a bit pricy.

Ambiance was nice, dark and quiet. Seating was awkward, I’d rather be at my own table not close to others while eating. Food was average at best and not worth the price. My drink was great. Our server was nice and gave timely service. View menu

We did the tasting menu for $100, food was above average (3.5). Nothing special or experimental to gauge the price point Edamame dumplings were nice and creative. The atmosphere is where this place shined, good music, good vibes, tasty drinks. Definitely a place to take a date you’re trying to impress who doesn’t have a decent palate.

Our experience was great, despite not being seated downstairs where the big table and the chandelier are located. To be honest, I am wondering how to reserve these tables for our next visit :)The food is excellent, very tasty and fresh. The service, despite being busy, was also great. The overall atmosphere is charming and worth visiting!

One of my favourite restaurants I?ve been to in the city excellent service, great food and great vibes. The restaurant is pretty dark from the moment you get in which definitely sets the mood for chill vibes. Our waiter recommended we get a rice/noodles dish to share and a main each. We weren?t super hungry so we got a main to share and it was plenty. View menu

The atmosphere is intimate and dark. The staff was super friendly and accommodating despite all the decorations that we have brought in for our celebration. The food was a good portion to share with everyone at the table (we were 6) and it was delicious, finger licking good. The prices are absolutely reasonable and if your ever in NY should ABSOLUTELY stop by. Such a unique experience.

Made a reservation a month before showing up to our dinner. We reside out of state. Showed up, sat down after 50 mins of waiting. Our waitress was enthusiastic, but the loud loud music was a damper. With a party of 10 people in our group, talking to our group was a challenge, having to basically yell at one another. My head personally started to hurt and it was kind of exhausting to try to hear your party. Service in general was slow. Maybe short on staff? Food was good, but personally not the best we have had. Had the opportunity to try the tasting menu, option three. ALOT of food! Ordered a custom cake with the kitchen for our gathered event. This went smoothly. Overall, if we had the opti...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
