"We pulled up in our boat and let our guys off we ordered four burgers with french fries. We waited a long time my husband said the bartender is trying really hard to get our order out. We finally got our order and all four burgers were cold the buns were mushy from sitting, and the french fries were stone-cold. It's unfortunate because a couple days earlier it was a bit of a wait but really good. But for whatever reason they couldn't find the burgers and fries until they should have been thrown away and started over. At $14. a burger we were disappointed and most of it went to the trash. I usually don't give bad reviews but I am making an exception."

Awesome service! Food is great!Staff is knowledgeable and very customer oriented. We especially give kudos to Manny. He always made us feel right at home. Servers Stacy, Pam, Bridget, and Amari are amazing!!

We had chicken fingers. $13 for a basket of 6 very skinny “fingers” and nothing else. Meh. Margarita with Corazón tequila?? Ruined by lime juice aka as some gross “mix”. Ugh. Livid and learn. Miss the old tiki bar and vibe! You can do better! View menu

Eaten here twice now 2 different times, once when they had opened an just recently. Will never go back. Both times, they messed up all the orders, which were just 3...Berger's were not cooked as asked.Toppings were missing.1 hole order was missing...I recommend the salad because it's really hard to mess up a salad.

BT Burger was quite good. Had it with fries but shouldn't have. Not really the best fries but okay.My wife had the cauliflower crust pizza and it was amazing!The have a gluten free bun and the cauliflower crust pizza.Stacey is very personable and service focused. Food was served hot and as ordered.Not sure what's with the TVs but their colour was very off. Not a detractor but a note.

Upon entering the restaurant, you are welcomed by a very pleasant waitress with a charming smile. The breakfast buffet is priced at $15, and children aged 11 and under eat for free. The buffet includes waffles, pancakes, French toast, made-to-order omelettes, as well as a variety of fruits, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal. Can't honestly say how the food was because I never got a chance to eat. After staying at the hotel for a wedding all weekend you would think you could get breakfast but they make you wait to be seated and after standing like an idiot two different times at the door I could never get anyone to even acknowledge my presence to sit down to eat. Would definitely not recommend eating here, wait staff could care less if they got any customers to eat there it seems. Horrible service after spending way to much on rooms for the weekend

After reading other reviews, it is evident that this restaurant consistently disregards customers and provides below-average service. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to try Burger Theory as we waited to be seated for several minutes. The bartender casually looked in our direction but did not acknowledge us in any way. A simple "we will be with you shortly" would have sufficed, but instead, we were completely ignored. It is unacceptable to hire staff who do not prioritize the customers who bring in revenue. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
