"Honest review time.Haven’t been back to BL in about 2-3 years. Was my favorite restaurant back then. So, flavor wise, it’s still very good food. Is it “better” than Chipotle’s flavors? Not quite, but it’s near equal. It definitely isn’t buried in adobo seasoning like Chipotle is so it’s definitely a different flavor profile. You need Loco sauce in your life. Without Loco sauce, life is an empty void. Also, without Loco sauce, the meat is a tad bland. The taco sauce is also good to throw on there. The queso sauce here is better than Chipotle’s also. The place ia clean, they got tunes playing, (I suggest a couple more hot sauce selections considering it’s a burrito joint)However, BL doesn’t get two stars deducted for being marginally less good than Chipotle. This time around, I ordered a small water from the dispenser. I will take over their bathroom if I was crazy enough to mix a sugary pop with heavy rice, steak and sauce. And I clearly see a 35¢ charge tacked on. The only place I know of that charges for a small water that isn’t bottled is the Krusty Krab, and that’s not the best comparison to have. I know times are hard, but are they that hard?Secondly, what used to make it more worth it to get streak here is they used to cook it TO ORDER which I found to be amazing. Medium rare steak bits on my burrito bowl? Yes please. But not so today. Maybe it’s takes too long, I get it, but I’m a little bummed about it. And it might just be me but it seems likes the portion sizes in the rectangular carry out bowls seem lesser than the old circular bowls from the past. Just an observation. All in all, BL is a good burrito joint. Way better than Moes SW Grill, just a bit below Chipotle in quality, in my humble opinion. Is it my favorite anymore? I don’t think so, but like I said, life without Loco sauce is an empty void, so I’ll be back.*EDIT*:Friendly responses to honest reviews by store owners wins an extra star in my book"

Great build your own burrito place. Generous with the meat portions. Everything is seasoned very well, the rice is not dry like other places. The loco sauce is great on top.Staff is very friendly and good service.I recommend the burrito with half chorizo and half chicken or steak. Thier bowls are also good. View menu

I placed an online order today, paid with my credit card, and received a designated pick-up time. However, when I arrived to collect my food, I found that the restaurant was closed, despite having accepted my order and payment. The website also indicated that they were open. This is very poor business practice.

We decided to go here after I read the reviews, they were glowing. I wanted this to be better. Meat was lacking flavor, and salsa was not really standing out. I thought this would be better than Chipotle but it was about the same. ‍I will say, the portion size was HUGE, and it was priced decent. I'll try them again.

Think Chipotle but a lot better lmao. The food always tastes fresh, The people working are always friendly I've never had a bad experience. They have more than a few great options for your proteins. They have multiple salsas and toppings you can add on as well as a few different sauces. My personal favorite has to be the Loco sauce. This place is definitely worth a try if you're in the area. I think the only downside, in my opinion, is the fact that I don't live closer to it. View menu

I've driven past this place for years and finally decided to stop in for a chicken burrito, and I was not disappointed! The setup is similar to Chipotle, where you can customize your order with tacos, burritos, and quesadillas as you move along the line. The portion sizes here are much larger than what you find at other places. The food was absolutely fantastic and tasted amazing. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to my family and friends. Let's support a local business!

We've visited this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been consistently great. The food is fresh, the staff is incredibly friendly, the portions are huge, and the prices are quite reasonable. I really appreciate that they offer pineapple as a topping option! My only concern is that I miss the flavor of cilantro; I haven't come across a salsa that includes it, but I'll be sure to ask the staff about it next time. Additionally, I have to mention that the response from this business to a review by someone named Eric a year ago was fantastic. I loved the way they thanked him for his dramatic exit! Haha!

"Mediterranean Food is the Delicious Equalizer! If there are vegans and carnivores in your group, you cannot go wrong with a Mediterranean Restaurant. Delicious options. Quick and friendly service of delicious food from start to finish. We began with ice waters and one from our party ordered a freshly squeezed juice, the Honeymooner. Ingredients were carrot, grape, and cucumber. Fresh is an understatement! This was delicious and refreshing after a humid day. Appetizers began with hummus, the entry level appetizer that sets the dining experience. What a delicious treat! The right ratio of chickpeas and tahini topped with olive oil and spices. A fresh slice of tomato and cucumber. Wonderful to dip pita in this. Next was an order of Sfiha. This was a scrumptious dish of sautéed lean ground beef, lightly fried pine nuts, onions, tomatoes, and herbs folded into a pita pie and topped with cheddar and scallions. We had to pace ourselves to save room for our main courses. First main plate was the Chicken Curry Pitza. This was a crispy flat pita with honey dijon topped with curried chicken, peas, sliced onions, banana peppers, and fried onions. If you like savory, spice and a tiny hint of heat, this is a great option. Next was the Flavor Savor Special. Proper name! Highlight were the chicken mishwi and beef kafta that sat on a bed of rice with vermicelli and served with fresh greens, more yummy hummus, and falafel. This hits the flavor wheel. Moist, savory, wonderful balance of protein and carbs. Small shop that offers to-go traditional desserts single to a family pack. No room for dessert and to go boxes were needed."
