"This is the BEST location, hands down. They know what light sweetness truly means. Other locations can be heavy handed with the syrups. This location has the friendliest employees and best coffee. The sandwiches have always been sufficiently warm. I go here on a weekly basis for my weekly coffee and treat, and it doesn 't disappoint. It also has an aesthetically pleasing seating area. As far as the sandwiches go, I loved every one of them except the chicken and waffles. I also love every dessert I 've tried."

"I have been to many Nothing Bundt cakes for over 8 years. The girl who helped me didn’t acknowledge me at first, and wasn’t the typical friendly or helpful face I’m accustomed to at other locations. She warmed up eventually, but I can imagine others who aren’t as understanding not wanting to come back, especially if they don’t feel their business is wanted. I was happy I got my bundlets, which is always a 5 star, but the customer service is what loses the 1.5 stars for me. Overall experience 3.5 stars compared to their other locations."
