"The waitress went above and beyond taking care of us. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were seated then proceeded to go get our food and a jerk decided to take one of our chairs because he wasted something in his. Everyone around our table including the waitress told him not to take our chair because we were sitting there and he refused to listen and his sense of entitlement kicked in. Unfortunately for him, my date decided to let him know how rude he was. Everyone around us smiled in agreement of my dates response. Other than that, everything was delicious, everyone was friendly, we took each other's pictures, and hoped to see each other again (minus the jerk). Will definitely visit again!!"

The Cafe Florian Sunday brunch is fabulous! Service is great and the variety of food is perfect for different tastes. We celebrated a birthday there today and had a wonderful time.

The server was excellent. She kept our coffee cups , water glasses and juice glasses full and as soon as she saw that we were finished with food , she quickly removed the dirty plate so that we could get more food.

Nice variety in the holiday buffet. Fresh seafood appetizers, carving station, desserts. Table service was attentive and available. The tables were packed together fairly tightly providing no privacy. Noise volume high.

The food was somewhat mediocre for the price. The shucked oysters raised a few doubts about their freshness. Aside from the fresh crab and shrimp, nothing else really stood out. The service was alright—pleasant, but not particularly attentive. View menu

Come ready to eat. Lots of variety, to name a few: crab claws, shrimp, oysters, smoked salmon, Korean beef, char sui spare ribs, prime rib, omelets and sushi. Something for everyone. There wasn't much room left for dessert, but I loved the cream puff, macaroons, and soft serve. And oh yeah, don't forget the Formosa. Service was also very good.

The hotel breakfast was incredibly basic and overpriced at $60 per person. Although their website advertised more than 40 menu items, we were disappointed to find that less than half were available when we arrived. The oysters were stored at nearly room temperature, with only the bottom ones placed on ice. The only highlight of the meal was the fresh crab legs.

I would have given 5 stars all around except we only saw our waitress 1 time when she got us a few drinks when we first arrived and that was it. We had to ask the person at the register for our bill because our waitress wasn't around! We bused our own tables the entire time we were there!!! Sorry, but I know it was Father's Day but you shouldn't have automatically put 18% tip on my bill because we didn't get good service at all! View menu

1 st of I would like to give a shout out to the 2 staff that was work on 8-18-24 by opening time for brunch. You both SUCK. Especially the female she was very RUDE. This place is a lot bit . The presentation was good. Food is not what is inspected for the price. Need to add more options of food. More soup options, More seafood options, More meat/breakfast meat options. ???. The price should have been 45.00 pp. Not the fresh. ALL previous Frozen. Over done on waffle. No sausage. First and Last of this place. 1 rating

The selections were not of the super grand scale but very solid for was expected for a nice brunch buffet. The cold seafoods included shrimp, oyster, salmon, Dungeness crab were fresh, clean and tasty. On the OT menu, it listed Oyster Rockefeller but there were none. I was a little disappointed. The hot food items can be a little warmer in serving temperature but it is acceptable. The prime rib was very delicious . The breakfast food items are slightly above of standard quality. The mimosa and Champagne wee refreshing . The staff were very nice and the services were very good. Overall, it was a good experience. Btw..it was a good value as well.

"I made reservations here for Valentine's day and everything was perfect! Their service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and with each dish it was cool how they talked about the food and explained some of the tastes and flavors just before we began eating. And they get huge props for accommodating my dietary restrictions and modifying almost every item on their menu to something I could eat! (5/5) Osetra caviar I normally hate caviar, but this one was really good! It's cured so it's a bit salty (4/5) Sauteed baby abalone Pretty good, although it doesn't quite compare to ones I've had in the past. That said, one doesn't eat abalone often, so I think the bar for abalone is pretty high (5/5) Warm lobster salad Wow! The lobster was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Also I thought the charred avocado was interesting; they blowtorch the avocado to give it a slightly tougher texture on the outside, mirroring the lobster (4/5) Braised Lamb Ragu The lamb was exploding with spices and flavor, although it was a tad dry inside. The pappardelle was perfectly al dente (4/5) Black Cherry Sorbet Pretty good, the puffed black rice was a bit hard (one of the pieces was like a rock) but the sorbet was flavorful without being too strong (5/5) Hokkaido A5 Wagyu This was the star of the show. Have you ever had steak that melts in your mouth like butter?? The only problem with this dish is that there were only 2 slices of steak! I wish there were 3! (5/5) Spicy Kiss Passion Fruit Juice They made a modification and gave me a small shot of spicy, fizzy passion fruit juice. The chili had a lot of heat but actually went well with the sourness and fizz of the juice. I would never have though of making passion fruit spicy, but it was pretty tasty (4/5) Cubed fruit stack I don't know what to call this since they also did an entirely separate fruit dessert for me, but it was essentially a Rubik's cube made of watermelon, kiwi, and strawberry, topped with a dark chocolate covered strawberry. (5/5) House made meringue I also don't normally like meringue, but this was like candy and tasted amazing! Thanks Viognier for a wonderful evening and accommodating my dietary needs, everything was solid!"
