"Hands down one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn and all of the Tri-State! I’ve been to both locations and I’m never let down! They use the finest quality ingredients and you can taste it every time. It’s like be transported across the ocean to Morocco when you dine here. The staff here at the BK establishment we’re great! They were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, courteous about any sensitivities (including sugar) and quick to address any of our needs. The food came out in a timely manner and the dinner service felt great with a good pace. Not rushed, or served anything “lukewarm” or stale. I have to say that the soup of the day was stellar! Perfectly seasoned, without the want or need to even add a tsp of salt! Then the tabouli was bright and refreshing. We tried the pita and that tasted homemade and was so delicious we had to have more. The sauce for the tagine was divine and the skewers tasted “clean”. Fresh delicious food that had me leaving the table feeling full but not sluggish as one might feel with fried foods. The coffee and tea also were a delight. If you’re in the area, this is certainly a stop you want to make on your food tour!"

If Mediterranean is your craving you won?t go wrong with Cafe Mogador. With authentic Moroccan delights your appetite will thank you! The Casa Beer, the original lager from Morocco is smooth and light. A perfect pair with the chicken kebab! The couscous with the lamb shank is also tasty! Enjoy

Good brunch place with an atmospheric inside area and a terrace. Gets pretty busy, but we were able to get a table without any wait at 12pm on a Sunday. Great brunch options a twist of a Moroccan place with traditional brunch options. The Moroccan tea was really nice. The food was tasty and filling.

Despite not taking reservations, the wait time for a walk-in at this restaurant was quite reasonable for Sunday brunch. The food is deliciously seasoned and the portion sizes are generous. The staff provides great recommendations and the atmosphere is cozy. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for brunch.

I think the stand-out of this restaurant is the presentation of their food and good value. Beautifully plated, their Salmon on toast lets you feast with your eyes before you taste it. The value is also great, with their prices being comparable to the rest of Williamsburg, yet offering great quality. Service was alright, though sometimes we felt rushed to finish our meals. Must order MOROCCAN TAGINES lamb shank with stewed apricot prunes. Lamb is soft and very tasty. Also, FROM THE GRILL mixed grill is good to try various kind of meats. Great place with cozy vibe. We didn?t make a reservation, just walk in around 17:30, the staff got us seated directly. Inner decor is stylish. Comfortable to dine in. There are outside seating if you?d wish.

Since I was food touring I did not have an actual meal. I got a series of appetizers that were all delicious. I've never had labne before. It was a super creamy, delicious suprise paired with their made in-house pita. We also have the marinated beets and falafel, both really good. The falafel had great texture and flavor. And, most importantly, they also had great cocktails.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic and definitely worth the wait. We waited about 30 minutes, even though we were initially told it would be closer to 45, but the hostess was very understanding. The lamb shank and sauce were absolutely amazing, and I also really enjoyed the duck confit. The arugula added a nice touch to balance out the richness of the dishes. The harissa ketchup was incredibly addictive. We weren't even very hungry when we arrived, but the menu was just too tempting to resist. We were so glad we decided to try it out. View menu

AMAZING! This restaurant in New York is one of the best I've been to. I highly recommend the Chicken Tangine with green herbs sauce. It is incredibly flavorful and tender. We also tried the veggie couscous and breakfast plate, both of which were perfectly balanced, seasoned, and cooked. The restaurant has a spacious layout with plenty of seating, and we particularly enjoyed the back room with its natural lighting and plants. The service was prompt and friendly. I can't wait to come back and try the Lamb Shank tangine with stewed apricots and prunes next time.

I had the Norwegian Eggs Benedict and the Turkish coffee. Both were very delicious. It took less than a minute to find a table on a Sunday at 12pm which was great. I was worried I would have to wait a while since brunch time is always so busy in this area. The eggs with smoked salmon were amazing and I'm usually not a fan of benedict but I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. The Turkish coffee was quite interesting and had a hint of cardamom and made me feel like I definitely was trying an Arabian style coffee. The waitress I had was a bit pushy and rushing us but overall had a great experience. Highly recommend for brunch!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
