The container was correctly labeled, but the sandwich inside was not what I expected. I only realized this after I got home with the takeout. I'm really disappointed.

We had an odd experience. Normally, we enjoy zupas but this go round the soup was barely warm, there were small wood chips in the sandwich, and when we asked for the soup to be heated they said they had no way to do it or to refund us for the contaminated sandwich. Very sad to have spent so much for such poor quality.

I ordered takeout through DoorDash and I'm never doing it again. I'm not sure if it was due to the DoorDash service, but I ordered a large salad with chicken as the protein, and there were only three tiny pieces of chicken in it. I even paid extra for egg and avocado, but received just two small pieces of each. This was the most disappointing salad I've ever had. I'm really let down. View menu

I visited this restaurant at 8 PM with my son. We ordered the combo of soup and sandwich. Typically, at the other location in Valley Fair, service is quick. However, despite there being four staff members on duty, it took two of the girls a long time to prepare one sandwich, while the other two seemed confused about our order. While we waited, they even asked if we wanted a water cup. It should never take 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and two soups, especially when we were the only ones in line.

I made a take-out order for two of the try-two combos. I added two extra strawberries and I was asked if I wanted a drink. I looked at the drink mix dispensers and two of the four were empty. I asked if those would be refilled and I was told, “Probably not”. I still opted for two large drinks but the response and drink availability was a bit upsetting.
