"I have been coming here for quite some time now.. it's definitely changed. At least service wise... Maybe it's new owners? The coffee was good and so were the pastries... But the service.. hopefully you have a lot of time and patience. 1 table that was next to us. Waited 20 minutes for anyone to come over to them. Be prepared to just wait a lot for your waitress to come over. Our server saw us put our plates to the front of the table and I had my wallet in my hand. Looking at her she turned around and ignored me .... I had to go up to her and ask her for my bill and my change... she was just standing there chatting with her co-workers. They all have an attitude it seems. Unfortunately I won't be back here after years."

Cappuccinos and pastries are delicious. Atmosphere is fantastic. Lots of families and couples and other groups getting dessert, chatting and having a lovely time. Parking is always tough in the North End. Get a lot spot to avoid hefty tickets.

Amazing. I’m not Italian but I have been all over Italy many times… I just loved it I felt like I was in Italy. Lol I looked at some of the lower reviews in disbelief lol lol. If anything negative there are lots of tourists that expect Olive Garden or something everywhere they go. Also lots of foreign tourists that don’t understand American tipping culture. Full cordial bar, Expresso, cappuccino, coffee Americano, mocha etc. Every delectable pastry and cannoli under a Tuscan Sun available in addition to panni and other lite meals. Big bonus, classic Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jerry Vale , Rat Pack music playing and easy cool la dolce Vita vibe. European and American sports playing on multiple TV 's throughout. Caffe Vittoria was a perfect way for me to warm up my bones while strolling Boston's North End. I got the cappuccino and a cannoli. The capp was perfectly roasted, and the finishing touch of cocoa powder gave it the right amount of sweet. The cannoli was crunchy and the filling creamy, sweet, and tart, just as it should be. Sitting is limited and very close to each other. It was cash only, but there is an ATM across the street that can save you! I didn't mind at all, and just like I do every time I am in Boston, I will be back.
