"Campbell Co. serves the best biscuit sandwich in Brooklyn. The biscuit is impeccable—moist, flaky, and soft without being too soft, topped with a perfectly crispy crust. The sorghum butter is outstanding, the bacon thick and hearty, and the egg cooked to perfection. Their lattes use quality beans, but the baristas seem somewhat undertrained, leading to shots that fall short of excellence. The milk is often poorly steamed, making the lattes heavier than ideal, which is disappointing in a place that excels in every other aspect. I wish they paid more attention to their coffee. The menu features an excellent selection of local products, especially an impressive variety of cheeses and fantastic local honey. The shop’s design is flawless—the color palette and accents are thoughtfully chosen, and the dark wood creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Campbell Co. is a delightful and carefully curated restaurant serving dishes crafted from high-quality ingredients. I tried several menu items, mainly sandwiches, and appreciated the freshness throughout. That said, certain sandwiches, such as the wild tuna, lacked moisture and flavor, which was also true for the chicken jalapeno and ham and cheese options. The pretzel bread and roast beef stood out as particularly delicious.
