"Wow! The food here is good, but some of the dishes were heavily seasoned. Have you ever had one of those nights where you wake up in the middle of the night feeling really thirsty? That was me—I found myself getting up to go to the bathroom several times throughout the night. It’s also been a while since I had so many bowls of rice! On the bright side, the soup was tasty, and the lettuce wrap that you assemble yourself was delicious as well. If you run out of lettuce, just ask nicely for more or mix it with rice! The satay (beef or chicken—I can't quite remember) was very savory. With each bite, I felt like I needed some rice; otherwise, it was a bit too rich for my taste. As for the service, it was alright, but it was a bit challenging to get someone’s attention since there were only two staff members managing seven tables while also taking phone orders for takeout."

I believe we visited on an off night. The Daly City location can be unpredictable. In contrast, the San Francisco location consistently serves excellent dim sum.

This restaurant was originally located in San Francisco but relocated due to the pandemic in 2020. We are thrilled to have rediscovered our favorite dim sum spot and plan to visit frequently. The deep-fried shrimp balls are our favorite dish. Food rating: 5/5.

If there's ever a line between authentic and Americanized Chinese food, this is where you'll find it. They've got dumplings, noodle soups, and your typical Chinese food. I didn't get the whole Canton food though, they just kept telling me to choose a Chinese food. ? Anyways, the food is really good and watching the staff yell at each other is quite an entertainment. ?

I've visited the Heung Rae Gak in Koreatown numerous times, so I decided to try the one in this neighborhood. The food is excellent and comes in gigantic portions! My girlfriend and I ordered jjajangmyun, jjambbong, and tang su yuk, but we couldn't finish it all because we were so full! The service was attentive, and the staff was very friendly. If you're in the mood for Chinese food, I highly recommend this restaurant! View menu

I walk in the front door, What you need ?Zero Customer Service, they don 't have a clue, of course they are Chinese.Mongolia beef what good, minus I had to put my glasses on and found two tablespoons of beef.I was waiting for my food, because I got it to go, you can tell they don 't move the tables at night, when they are supposed to sweep and mop the floor, all kinds of food stuck around the table leg, forgot a picture.

We visited this restaurant for the first time since the pandemic last weekend. They seem to emphasize stir-fried dishes, rice, and noodles more than dim sum. We tried the under-the-bridge fried oysters, beef and vegetables, beef stew noodle soup, and a jellyfish appetizer, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be returning! Parking is convenient with a free private lot.

This charming little spot stands out amidst the chaos of Hollywood. I visited for lunch and decided to try the Dine LA menu. I ordered the duck banh mi, while my friend took the server's recommendation and went for the burger. The restaurant has plenty of open space, and the patio is lovely—though there's an unfortunate feature right behind my photo. At first, we assumed it was a garden, which would have been great; however, as my friend pointed out, "It looks like a place for dogs to relieve themselves." View menu

Whenever we hear that a restaurant serves delicious Curry Beef Tomato Gee Mein, we make it a point to try it out. We recently heard that Canton Dim Sum Seafood in Daly City serves a decent order, plus when you take it to go they serve the crispy noodles separate from the sauce so when you get home the noodles are still crispy. This was true and the Curry Beef Tomato was good but not the best we've had. The beef was very tender but the sauce wasn't as good as other restaurant's we've tried. This is the only item we ordered so this review is only based on this one item.

My experience trying to enter this restaurant was quite frustrating. There was no handicapped access, and navigating the stairs with a walker was difficult. Once we finally got inside, we encountered a staff member who asked to see our paperwork for our two service dogs. I had the documentation for one dog but had left the other’s in our motel suitcase. Without both certificates, we were denied entry. This meant we had to manage the stairs again with the walker. It seems like they don't want to accommodate people with disabilities, and this policy certainly discourages them from visiting. Is this even legal?
