Hiring some non mentaly impaired staff could help the business.

Ottimo ristorante sul canale di Cervia. Ho mangiato qui con la famiglia e abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi piatti. Super consigliati i crudi, le capesante con caviale al tartufo spettacolari.

Very expansive and if you have a close look on the menu 4 out of 5 dishes are made from frozen fish, therefore the quality was not really good. Don't get me wrong it wasn't bad but for almost 60€ for two starters two main and two glasses of wine you normally expect a little more craftsmen ship from the chef.

Overpriced dishes which were served as rather small portions and the service was really slow and unpleasant. This place is nothing special and definitely not to be revisited. The owner has really bad attitude!!! Please check his responses to people who left him less than two stars! His attitude is unacceptable! Sorry to say but the owner seems to have some mental problems the way he treats his customers and responds to people !!! Place to avoid!!

Serata in compagnia sempre piacevole scoperto in posto in una location molto suggestiva. Il canale e le barche a vela come contorno. Il proprietario simpatico i camerieri disponibili alle richieste i piccoli particolari un po' trascurati. Poca luce il piatto dei gusci e le salviette per le mani sono stati richiesti invece che essere portati sistematicamente. La pasta fatta da loro buona il pesce fresco i paccheri con l'astice divini. return to cervia for the so-called holidays, in the evening we decide to dine at the restaurant captain located on the cervia channel near the pedestrian area and the old town. recommended by the owner we order cutters to the axe and a grill enriched with scampi. all accompanied by a superb bottle of vermentino superior from 14.5 as alcoholic gradation. food of excellent quality and delicious. nice and brilliant the owner who during the dinner gave us advice on the locals and the night life of the area. We'll be back.

Last night I was lucky to eat the famous Catalan “capitano” , a well-known restaurant on the cervia canal. the highest quality of the fish served impeccably, really sublime. before the Catalan we took me and my partner a plate of raw, also this really great. the freshness and quality of the fish are really unique. the service then was accurate and the waiter, the “Elf of the Night”, as I heard I affectionately called the various guests of the place, pampered us following us carefully during dinner. we will definitely return with friends in this really well-kept place where quality does it as a master.

It's Friday morning, tonight at dinner, I want the fish. Cervia/Milano maritime zone. I look for on google the restaurants of the area with the best rating and among the many I see the captain restaurant. but what strikes me is not the great reviews. but the owner's answers to the negative ones! I have no doubt at this point. I call, book e. fantastic dinner, friendly staff and prepared that recommended me the best! if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed and especially learn to decipher reviews well! P.S the recommended romagna sciampagn was superior (I am ocited by the local with a box of 6 bottles under arm,) only painful note. there was no seasonal fruit in the menu' View menu
