"Overall, this is a great place to get boils or fried seafood. The food was all very good and the flavor of the Louisiana sauce was perfect! The service was very good as well. Putting the drinks in pouches is clever and it was very tasty! All of our hot food came out quickly and hot. The only thing that was a little weird is digging through the bag to get at the food. I?ve been to other places that put the bag in a bowl and wrap the bag around it, so it?s more open and a"

The fish and chips basket is excellent, the cayenne Cajun fries are delicious, and the lemon pepper fries are tasty and flavorful. View menu

Lovely place for a nice bite ... portion size was quite large and the drinks were really good as well. Not to mention the decor was spot on, created a really nice ambiance.. (see pictures, don?t mind my greediness btw Lolzz). Also shout out to the server, she was very attentive and helpful.

Words cannot express the satisfaction and most delicious seafood experience I have received in a long time. EVERYTHING is fiercely delectable. My first time vist, but definitely not my last. The waitresses are beautiful, hospitable and accommodating. I enjoyed the entire Capt Loui experience. ??????????

Extremely poor customer service. Used to be a loyal costumer and even took my child here for a birthday dinner but never again. They do not appreciate loyal customers and are incredibly incredibly rude. I asked for a very small packet of spicy sauce for my $120 order because my partner prefers spicy and the baby can not have spicy. They refused. Really extremely rude. View menu

Noodles were delicious, sausage was good but the seafood boil?! Disgusting! It?s either frozen crab legs or not fresh snow crab legs. Legs have no meat if they do it?s stuck to the shell. Sauces have some type of shell like texture. We had one of each, lemon pepper and Cap?t Loui. Stay away! Or if you?ve ever had Oceanic Boil, it does not compare. Take the drive to Oceanic Boil.

The Fisherman's Platter was a generous portion, but unfortunately, both the batter and the fish itself were lacking seasoning. The cup of Jambalaya was decent, with a stronger tomato taste and less Cajun flavors than I typically enjoy. The fries were delicious. Overall, if I'm in the mood for a basket of fries, I would choose a different restaurant. Considering the price, I expected better quality.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
