"Would have given zero stars if I could. We stopped on our way back to California. No one greeted us or said anything until we ordered. We placed order for double cheeseburger, taquitos, and fried zucchini. After 10 minutes the order taker asked the cook where the zucchini was apparently they gave it to someone who didn't order it. They argued for a minute and then finally made another order. No apology or acknowledgement, tried to cover it up by saying they were waiting on zucchini. Meanwhile rest of order sat on counter getting cold. There were only 3 parties in restaurant and we watched them get another order wrong and ignore a man who kept saying excuse me for 5 minutes. The employees just don't care there. It was 15 minutes to get our order, totally unacceptable. In the drive thru they kept having people move forward and park. No wonder the McDonald's next door was packed and this place empty. We love our local Carl's but this place was ridiculous."

I ordered a breakfast burger one morning when I got off work. I wanted it double I paid 18$ for it just to get home an find out it was one Patty in it!!! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced moving out here.

12:15am I pulled up drive thru and waited googled what time they closed while waiting said 1 am still no response pulled up to window lady just cleaning not paying attention to us at all went next door to MC Donald's spent 32 bucks could been your profit.

I stopped here on my way to Phoenix and was greeted right away. My order was taken quickly, and soon after, the food was prepared and served. I ordered two Western Bacon Cheeseburger meals, and we enjoyed everything; the food was tasty and there were no issues at all. View menu

Average Carl's Jr food and a decent clean place to eat but the staff is mostly Spanish speaking kids and a few adults that assume if your non Hispanic you can't understand Spaninsh. They really tear on the snowbirds and heavier customers. Not apleasant experience if you can understand them. VERY unprofessional.

They close the dining room early, leaving truckers without any option to eat. The staff member I encountered was condescending and seemed to take pleasure in turning me away when I attempted to use the drive-through. She refused to serve me, citing "policy," even though there were no cars in line. I would recommend avoiding this place. View menu

After a long, exhausting day, we stopped by for a couple of burgers and tacos. I was so tired that I could barely read the menu. I asked if they had shredded beef tacos, and the staff member confirmed they did. I ordered two. When reviewing the order, I double-checked to make sure they were indeed shredded beef tacos, and again, she said yes. I paid at the window but regrettably didn't check the order then.
