"We have been coming to this restaurant for years, both for lunch and dinner, and it never disappoints. The staff is very well-trained, and their Panera rewards app always works smoothly. Occasionally, we even get a dollar off our meal. The ambience is beautiful, both for dining in and grabbing a quick meal to go. You have to try it!"

"I took two of my kids here after shopping in the area. Had not been to a Five Guys burger place before, and the employee who took our order was very helpful in explaining how things worked and helping with the menu. 5 stars! The food took a little bit of time but to be expected as it was busy when we arrived. The burgers and fries were hot and very fresh. Great flavor for the food and my toddler enjoyed it as well.However, the tables or seats, including a high chair we used, had not been wiped down in a while, I ended up wiping everything down with several wipes I had brought, not an emergency but noted.All in all, good, generous amount of food for a fair value. I would come back again. Thanks!Added: other reviews mention free peanuts while you wait, but we were not offered any? Maybe it's not a thing anymore?Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booth style seating, burgers were not difficult for small hands to pick up and eat.Parking: Parking lot is tight because the store shares space side by side with a couple other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: One level store, with handicap sidewalk ramp, parking, and accessible bathrooms."

"I’ve never left a google review for a restaurant before but I felt obligated to after the excellent experience I had! Victoria was one of the best servers I have ever had, she was so professional, very fast, on top of things I didn’t have to ask for a single thing the entire time besides something she wouldn’t have known. She was very nice but also gave professional service. She picked up dirty dishes within minutes if not seconds after I put them to the edge of the table, noticed when my glass was almost empty, the time I did ask for a refill on my soup she had brought it out INSTANTLY, all of this and I noticed she had two other tables that looked like they both had gotten there at the same time so she had alot on her plate. Thank you for the great service!"

"As drinks and food started to come out, everything seemed fine. However, once we finished and the waitress presented the bill, it included a long list of items that she claimed were ordered but not paid for. We noticed that several items had been added to our bill that we hadn't ordered, and during our meal, multiple dishes came out only to be returned to the kitchen because they were unnecessary. In the end, we found ourselves stuck with a bill exceeding $100 for food that went unclaimed and was likely discarded or returned. Despite our large group, there were only a few other tables occupied at the time, and they had assured us they could handle our party. To make matters worse, while we were trying to sort out the bill, one waitress was overheard telling another that she was going to "lose her sh!t," which was quite unprofessional given that our team had just spent over $1,000 there. If you're in the area and looking for a good place to eat, I recommend checking out the Home Team Pub. They offer great food and better service at a lower cost. UPDATE: Following their request to reach out through their website, I did so on the same day. Over a week has passed with no response, and I don’t expect to hear from them. They received our money, and more than they deserved due to their own errors. I would advise avoiding this place!"

"I deducted a star for their display of dark, almost black avocados that nobody seemed interested in buying; they were absolutely disgusting. Aside from that, we had a question about the tortillas, and the staff were very helpful in directing us to them, which was nice. However, I was disappointed to find they do not carry Freehofer Maistoasties. Additionally, I didn’t see any Zimt mini donuts, which were supposed to be super soft. As a bonus, a woman offered to help us when we were filling the cart for my sister. This saved us the trouble of looking for a car corral or having to park awkwardly—nothing worse than being that inconsiderate driver. Overall, while it’s not perfect, it beats Tops Friendly Market by a mile, and Price Chopper is definitely a miss. However, they do carry Freehofer donuts, and I believe they even stock those elusive Maistoasties!"
