Carroll's Barbeque - Menu

Had the lunch special— one chicken with fries, one pork with bbq beans — all great! Shared the cherry cobbler with ice cream for dessert . We will be back next time we are in area.

WOW! There were 3 of us and we tried as many different things as we could. Everything was absolutely amazing! Meat is so juicy and delicate. The side is stupid! This will definitely be our visit.

The smoked turkey was excellent—smoky and tender. The pulled pork was also incredibly tender. I have a deep love for sweet potatoes, and theirs had the perfect amount of crispiness. My husband and I both enjoyed the coleslaw, which can be a matter of personal taste. View menu

It was good. I pulled chicken and pommes. I wish my bread would be roasted. I was only very thick at the bottom of bread. The Brunswick meaty, baked beans meaty both pipping hot! Banana pudding was delicious with old fashion meringue. Barbecue Sauce Georgia vinegar and hot and spicy really delicious! Hospitality pretty good. Lots of parking. Tents available during lunch and specialties.

Aside from everything else on the menu, Carroll's deserves a perfect 5 stars just for their incredible bread. It was soft and delicate, bursting with flavor. The hot and spicy sauce was a big highlight as well—so zesty and perfect for the BBQ! We ended up buying a bottle to take home. The cobbler was delicious, and the portion size was very generous for the price. I can't wait to stop by again!

We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is calm, straightforward, and pleasant, with hearty portions. It’s an excellent place for families. The potato salad has a comforting, home-cooked flavor, and the coleslaw is quite tasty as well. The meat was juicy and flavorful. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and the hostess was delightful. Love this place! I ordered the Tater Hill, with tater tot option. I could only finish 1/3rd of it. I'm a big guy that can eat. I just finished it, and it's Sunday. Oh and it came home with me to Florida in a cooler. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. . The rest of the family loved their meals also, which included smoked wings, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and a chicken quesadilla. We will be back,

Today I was passing through Blue Ridge. I saw the signs for Carroll's BBQ and decided to try it. The location is easy to find. The restaurant is extremely clean and inviting. The staff was very nice. The food is really good. The pulled pork had an nice smoked flavor. The sausage was moist and well seasoned. The brisket was very tender and flavorful with a very nice smoke ring. The beans, fries and bread complimented the meats. I did taste the bbq sauce and liked it but did not add any to my meats. The meat was excellent and did not need any sauce. I recommend trying this place if you really enjoy true BBQ from folks who know how to cook it right.

A great local BBQ haunt to enjoy freshly smoked chicken and other mountain delicacies. Carroll's, like so many places right now, is under-staffed. They have instituted an incentive program for their waiters and waitressses, which is great. It took about 15 minutes to get seated on a Friday night--but that's expected. The menu looms large in the oversized entrance lobby, so you can take the opportunity to select some delicious fare. The prices are reasonable with plates and two sides costing just $12.
