"Sibley ave location!! We have reached out to Casey's 2 times since our rude encounter at the store and our botched order. We got 1 crumpled pizza 2 orders of cheesey bread that were all crumpled and stuck together on one side of the box and a burnt pizza and then a order of wings that were forgotten so we had to go back. All this after we were told 30 mins to get our order and when we showed up it wasnt even started and when we asked when we should come back we were told i dont know just keep coming in. An hr after the order was supposed to be done we got it but we had to spend 40 mins in the parking lot waiting for it. The employee continued to complain that he had no help and cant run the store alone and that he has asked for help and been told no. This is not just the fault of the emplyee that was on shift it is bad management and scheduling as well."

I wouldnt give it one star except I had to to leave a review, Lately their pizzas aren't completely done and dont call after 930pm bc they wont answer the phone till after 10 when the kitchen is closed.

This is my favorite Casey's in Litchfield. They serve the best pizza! I can't recall the name of the older lady in the kitchen, but she is fantastic at making pizzas. Also, Gabbie, the clerk, is incredibly friendly and full of energy. Even after being there all morning, she really enhances the overall experience!

Like many Casey's locations, the coffee cup lids are housed in a dirty new-style dispenser that tends to collect spills and grime. I stopped in just for coffee since all the small cafes on Main Street were closed in the early afternoon, so I'll give Casey's credit for being open. 2/2/23 Ordered online for delivery. Pizza arrived hot, order was correct (even with customizations), and sauces on side. Polite and friendly delivery person. Only note would be that the delicious pizza we received was positively loaded with toppings, hands down best we've EVER had from any Casey's or delivery ever- but probably not very profitable for the location!

Oh man, I don't consider myself a connoisseur when it comes to coffee products, but I LOVE Casey's Pumpkin Spice Latte. Now, all the gas stations have it in their little automatic pots, but for some reason it's SOOOOOO much better at Casey's. I go a mile out of my way to get it. The staff is always friendly and they generally have what I want when I need to pick up something fast. Not to mention their gas is cheaper.
