Cava - Menu

CAVA is one of my favorite places to go eat and Rita is such a joy to talk to. She always has a smile and is so sweet and helpful.

The quality of this Cava is always top-notch! The service is usually quick and great! The employees are always very friendly, especially Rita! She has a great energy and presence!

We always have the best experience at our local CAVA. The food is always super fresh and the staff is friendly. Connor always goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of!

I’m a huge fan of cava! The location I go to in flower mound has the best employees the food is great BUT the meat is a little on the lower end of spectrum regarding quality! I always sub out the meat for falafel View menu

Fantastic fast food.... Create your own bowl, pick your base.. pick your proteins, sauces and toppings. Like Chipotle but better. Top that off with friendly faces and we'll continue to drop in weekly! Thanks so much to Alex who even knows our orders when we come in and always takes the time to make sure we're having a good day.

We've been visiting Cava since they opened in flower mound and it's been our Thursday weekly lunch routine. Over the past 6 months the service has steadily been declining, people taking the orders often abrupt, quantities have dropped and often miss key ingredients. When I order a harissa avocado I would expect not to tell the people would at least put the base ingredients. They don't even ask if a pita needs to be included. Chicken is kid size and I've seen people wanting to double the meat. I don't think we're going to go to this location anymore, plenty of other locations that are completely nicer.

So for the first time on the 9th my daughter took me to CAVA in flower moundAnd I must say I was so happyEspecially being a person that don’t like their food, touching each other and altogether but I tried it and it was wonderful. The food was delicious. The service was extra ordinary, and the restaurant is self was so clean smelt fresh. I enjoyed my first experience very much thank you very much Carver.
