I haven't had wood-fired pizza this good in a while. We sampled four different pizzas and were impressed with each one.

"The calamari was rubbery, and as I inspected the other ingredients, I found overcooked clams and three dead mussels. The only item that was cooked properly was the fish. When the server returned, she was understanding and took my plate back to the kitchen. She let me know they would redo the meal, which I appreciated, considering that the calamari is usually stored in a communal pot after being pre-cooked. However, when the dish returned, the calamari was still tough, and the clams and mussels were still overdone—at least there were no dead mussels this time. The server then offered me a plate of pasta Alfredo with chicken instead. Regrettably, the pasta was overly firm, the chicken was dry, and the sauce was so greasy that I was left with that oily sensation in my mouth for over an hour. The most disappointing part of this experience was that, despite the numerous attempts to address the issues, the manager never came by our table to talk about the problem or apologize for the subpar food. I’m open to giving this restaurant another chance, as I understand that even the best chefs can have an off day. I hope my next visit will be an improvement."

"We decided to try this restaurant after seeing its great reviews. However, our experience started off poorly as we had to wait in a small entryway to be seated, and it was uncomfortably hot, leaving us sweaty. The chicken fried steak was enjoyable, but the vegetables were quite disappointing. The brownie sundae was a major letdown; it was burnt around the edges and lacked any flavor. On the plus side, the prices were reasonable, so we didn't feel like we wasted too much money. Overall, my husband, who isn't picky about food, said he wouldn't want to return."

"Several people mentioned the air conditioning (or lack thereof). It was quite noticeable, but even in August, it wasn't uncomfortable. The food was decent, and the servers were very friendly and attentive. However, the dress code was a bit surprising. While Pisco has a smart business attire policy, this restaurant is the complete opposite. Don't stress about how we dressed; it really doesn't matter."

"we had a buddha and a firefighter. delicious. the part is absolutely great! I was really hungry after a morning hike but ended up with the half to lunch and the half to dinner. the tofu they use in the budda is the sweet tofu skin, so it brings another texture and layer to taste. the fireman is spicy, but not too exaggerated. Although the tempura garnels is soaked, it sucks the soak and added another taste to the sushi burrito. I was very skeptical at first, but I am really surprised by her eating. comes back in definitiw!"

"This place was recommended to us so we dined in for dinner. The staff was very friendly and super attentive. At the end of the meal, they even asked if anything could be improved, which was the 5th star for me. I loved that they are looking for honest feedback and want to improve. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken tacos with Parmesan-garlic sweet potato fries. This entree came with 3 street soft tacos which included a generous amount of grilled chicken, topped with slaw. The side of jalepeño ranch brought out just the right amount and balance of flavor. I finished 2.5 tacos and about 1/3 of the fries, which was slightly beyond what made me full. They weren 't weighed down by cheese and grease. The tacos look small but they are yummy and so filling! (Not a heavy I can 't move and don 't wanna do anything filling, but a light, satisfying fullness. We will absolutely be back and can 't wait to try more entrees."
