"If I could give zero stars I would. The woman taking our order was incredibly rude. Food was less than mediocre. Service was trash. She made rude comments about our baby spilling food on the ground and cleaned while we were still eating. She’s a baby, what do you expect? When we asked for two to-go boxes she asked “for what”? She was so courteous to two elderly people, gladly unlocked the restroom for them when 10 min earlier lectured me about making sure not to throw any paper in the toilet. Never coming back and I caution anyone planning to go too."

Family owned...and you wanna give a great review. It's ok but nothing that you'll remember after you leave. And neither of the owners smiled once.

Great food. We ordered online and showed up early. They graciously expedited our order and it was fantastic. Tasty piita gyros over stuffed with meat. Grape leaves Greek salad babagunish all excellent.Food: 5/5

Falafel is delicious but the portions are super small and most of the time I try and do online ordering they say it's not enabled at this moment very annoying. 2 stars until online ordering is consistent and the portions match the price point.

Hands down the best beef and lamb gyro I've ever had. I also love the Greek fries. The only thing I wish was different is if they could be open later because I often work until 8 and they are closed by the time I come home. Still, it's a five star restaurant and love coming here. View menu

We always stop at the Hummus cafe when we catch a show at Taproot theater. The gyros are to die for. The meat is perfectly cooked and seasoned, the pita bread is pillowy soft, and tatziki is perfect. We have come here often enough when we walk in our order is being prepared. Love these people. They are so nice.

One of the best middle eastern food in Seattle by far. It is the cleanest low prices restaurant I have ever been in…period. The falafel is the best I have ever had, it seems to be very authentic (green on the inside). The sweets are die for, the eggplant sandwiches are the most delicious I have ever had anywhere.

What a wonderful lunch and experience! I stopped at Hummus Cafe today while apartment shopping for my daughter. The owner was so kind and helpful! She gave me some great info about good communities in the area and she and her husband prepared my delicious lunch. The gyro salad was amazing. It was such a nice experience and I will definitely visit again. Great food and good people. View menu

Authentic and delicious food, and the absolute best service that one could ask for! We went there last week with the intent to learn more about Egyptian food and were given 5 star treatment by Nany. She gave us insights on what to order and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. I CANNOT recommend Hummus cafe enough. Must try items are the falafel, hibiscus tea and Om Ali :

Staff was very helpful and the ingredients where fresh and very good. I had the falafel sandwich, which was pricy but I was in a hurry and it tasted very good. I'm knocking one star for two reasons. The bread was not soft, it was more like a taco shell then fluffy Naan bread which would've been better. And I feel you should get some fries or chips at an $11-$13 price point not just the sandwich. I would not go back but I've made worse decisions in life.
