Chado Hollywood is great. The service is friendly and food is delicious. The options for tea are abundant, so there's no way to go wrong.

If you find yourself in this shopping center, there is no better way to relax than high tea. Chado is a hidden treasure, down some hallways and off to the side. But it is worth searching out.

I really want to like this place more. I love the ritual of the afternoon. the good: some of the sandwiches are delicious (cream cheese and gurke is good, open smoked salmon is good) the chicken salad could be good, but it needs to season and there was no salt on the table. the skorone was delicious. Unfortunately, the tee itself had no taste, and the room is so loud even if there is hardly anyone. for the half of the time I was there was only one person there, so although I had a reservation, the person spent about 20 minutes to help someone at the desk. the music that the bridgerton playlist was so loud and it is very annoying music. my main suggestions would therefore be to lower the nois...

My friends and I are fans of Chado Tea Rooms, but this was our first time at this location. When we arrived for our OpenTable reservation, the lady working told us she didn’t have our reservation. I showed her my reservation on the app and she said they don’t check their OpenTable reservations. She seated us anyways, they were totally empty, but it was weird feeling reprimanded for making a valid reservation because of an operational oversight on their end. I really looked for a sweet experience with my daughter before we went to the dolby to see annie. it was a sweet experience, but it was lacking in many respects. we went to our reservation in time. we had to sit down in a round. I'm pretty sure there was a server that made tee and maybe even pre-eating the food.
