I wanted to be near the American Airlines Theater and thought I made a reservation for Charilie Palmer Steak but in fact it was for Charlie Palmer at the Knick."

We were in Time Square and we were looking for a typical American restaurant where to try the classic hamburgers and we wolked by The Counter. We decided to try because there is the possibility to create your own hamburger and the experience has been great! The staff is kind and the products are genuine, we highly recommend it!

Not a huge fan of hamburgers...but this one was absolutely amazing! Not giving it a 5 star, since the service was not 100% on point. Waitress forgot part of our order. Who seemed to be the manager looked a bit upset at one of the waitresses and did not speak to her in the nicest way. Will definitely go back to this place again for the food! : View menu

Iâve been here several times and always had a nice experience. However this time it was a bit off. Bread was a kind of stale; scallops had too much sauce and were somewhat salty and music was too loud in the restaurant area, considering there was a nice, small live band playing better music in the bar area and competing with the piped in music.

This is a restaurant on its way downhill, unfortunately. Don't know what happened but the staff is definitely weak don't know what a dry martini is, dropped (yes, dropped) a bottle of Opus One and didn't know how to treat such a fine bottle of wine. Tables are starting to show wear and tear. Not good. Used to be a great go to spot for business dinners but not anymore.
