"The biscuits served upon seating are wonderfully fragrant. They are light and fluffy inside, with a deliciously buttery crisp on the outside. I must admit, I couldn’t resist having two before my meal! The hostess was very courteous, and my waiter was equally polite. I appreciated his efficiency; he was attentive and checked on me periodically without being intrusive.
The cedar plank salmon was beautifully cooked—light, flaky, and buttery. However, I was a bit disappointed by its lack of flavor. The green beans were perfectly cooked as well, but fell short in the taste department. For dessert, I tried the cappuccino cheesecake of the day. Again, it didn’t have much depth of flavor, but it was still enjoyable!
Overall, this restaurant seems to cater to a specific clientele. While the food is well-prepared, it tends to lack seasoning. They do offer a decent selection of wines, the ambiance has a rustic-chic vibe (at least depending on your seating), and the lighting is pleasant, unlike being in a dim cave. The staff here is commendable; in fact, they might just be the best part of the experience, right after those irresistible biscuits. And honestly, I couldn't help but indulge in THREE of them!"
